Enjoy a 2 hour excursion to Vancouver’s iconic locations, Gastown, Chinatown, Canada Place and Convention Center. Led by an experienced photographer and tour guide, you’ll learn to take amazing photos of the locations’ best spots and learn their history, especially at night time. You will walk through the cobble-stoned streets of Gastown with its famous Steam Clock, followed by a tour of Chinatown as well as other hidden gems. You’ll end the tour with a glimpse of the city’s best dining and watering holes, as well as recommendations for other spots perfect for night photography. For photos, we'll cover techniques like long exposure for DSLR cameras as well night shots with camera phones. Alternatively, we can do photo shoots instead of learning photography if that's your interest. The best camera to bring are DSLRs but you’re also free to use your camera phone. It’s early morning. The sky is in pure darkness, and you’re surrounded by stillness. You, alongside your local photographer guide, are out on-location to shoot one of nature’s greatest shows: sunrise. Take in the icons of Banff National Park as many don’t see them. Focus in as the first light of morning casts it’s warm glow on Mount Rundle from Two Jack Lake and Vermilion Lakes. The tour will then head to one or two more locations, depending on time and light conditions. Your guide’s know-how and extensive experience in the Park will show you the way, giving you absolute peace of mind that you’re at the very best location and primed to get the photo result you’re striving for. Had a great full day of shooting iconic locations while in the Banff area with Mark Unrau. He knows the area well and knows photography. He helped me with composition, technique and he freely shared his experiences and knowledge with me. I highly recommend RMPA if you are looking to shoot beautiful landscapes and improve your skills! Mark is a great communicator, easy to talk to and very personable.

Our location is very unique and our family are our dogs. We do have over 100 friendly and lovable dogs on site. "We are a place for people who love dogs" We are located outside the city light pollution so northern lights are visible directly overhead of our lodge, no need to drive anywhere. In addition to that we are located right at the shores of a river and for as long as the river is no frozen (until late October) there is a chance to get mirror pictures of the Northern Lights.

Amazing experience as a couple doing the full day tour in February. Great company, delicious fresh-baked buns with the winter BBQ lunch! The dogs were so excited and friendly. We could not have had a better day!

Fishing along the shoreline of several rivers in the stunningly beautiful Columbia River Valley. On these Walk & Wade trips you can expect detailed instruction. Demonstrating different casting methods, lure selection, and much more fishing/outdoor advice. We’ll be offering either fly-fishing or spin casting options. Walk & Wade trips will be fishing along the Columbia, Akolkolex and Eagle Rivers, depending on water conditions, and seasons. These trips will be including instruction on different fly-fishing cast, fly to use and different methods of present them, species identification, tying different fishing knots and other fishing/outdoor tips. Trips will be held on the Columbia River for the first couple months of operation. All fishing equipment necessary for the trip will be provided: tackle, rods, waders, photos / videos. A quality experience; with knowledgeable guided instruction.

This was a fantastic tour of the Whistler area. Our guide was so knowledgeable, we learnt so much and saw a side of Whistler we never knew existed. We left with so many great recommendations and discounts on other activities. Highly recommend this tour!
