I came to Chupitos as part of a pub crawl of Casco Viejo that I was on and really loved the atmosphere. People rally around and get involved when people are taking some of the more interesting shots. It's kind of got a coyote ugly feel to it as girls were dancing on the bar while I was there. It was all round a very funny experience. I would indeed recommend a visit to this bar!
