There is so much to do here, I can’t list it all. Every time we come here we always have fun. Whether it is walking on the boardwalk in the marsh, walking to the tip of The Point, riding our bikes along the bike path, visiting the Visitor Center or playing on the beach, we ALWAYS Have a great time here. Our next activity (hopefully) will be to stay here overnight in one of their oTENTik structures.

If you haven't visited Jackson Park in Windsor, Ontario Canada...on the corner of Tecumseh Rd and Ouelette St., then you must visit before Jan 7th. The Park is a must walk thru with loved ones and children...stroll thru the thousands if glittering lights and festive decor. Walk thru the dreamy lit tunnels while walking hand in hand with your loved ones. Also take a stop at the many booths for gifts, hot chocolate and other creative items. I've been to this park many times over the years and each time I go there I always get some ice cream and stroll around to see everything. I enjoy looking at the flowers, topiaries and the floating water fountain in the Detroit River. I find this park to be peaceful. There were even people there taking family and graduation photos with the river or the flowers/topiaries in the background.

Located along the river this is a total must see! If you have children I recommend you bring them here! If you like running, or walking there is a great deal to see! My only concern were the statues of the dudes running. In the low light of sunset I thought they were youths up to no good. Lastly there were tons of Pokemon! Also many pokemon stops and gyms!

Fish Point Nature Reserve

Reviewed By JorgeSamosa - Ottawa, Canada

If you're going to go to the trouble of going to Pelee Island and you're Canadian you might as well go here just to say you've been to the Southernmost most inhabited place in Canada. It's a nice leisurely bike ride (rentals available at Comfortech Bike Rentals near where the ship docks from 12 to 2pm) to the wooded entrance and then about a 1.5 km hike through the Nature Reserve and then some beach to get to the southernmost point. There's different things to see in the woods. As for the Southernmost point, ignore some of the complaints of people writing before me. It all depends when you go. I went on a warm (23 C, 73F) mid September day. I wasn't bothered by flies or bugs (I didn't even need spray and suffered no bites) and the water wasn't so high that you couldn't walk to the tip of the island. There was probably over 100 Seagulls just sitting down and hanging out at the point. People are so dumb - they act as if the conditions when they went are what it's like all the time. So just go if you're visiting the island.
