This park is fantastic for families and pet owners. The playground is sectioned/fenced off so that dogs don't get in so it is safe for young children and next door is a large oval where many dogs can go off leash. Great park!!

It is only a short walk from the end of the Sandringham Railway Line, and across the main road at the pedestrian lights. Pass by the Rotunda and down a steep set of stairs (there are ramps in a number of places, but still quite steep). Due to stormy weather we stayed on the cliff-top above the beach, where facilities were to be found (public toilets, parks, playgrounds). The cliff-top is also a great place to look at the weather approaching from the West from across the Bay and to see the sunset.

From the cliffs overlooking the Yacht Club you experience beautiful view out to sea and Hampton beach to the right . The Bayside Coincil are to be complimented for the improvements in this area. Views of the City are another added bonus.
