This is one of my wife's and mine favourite spots,it is a easy and fun boat ride and on arrival it is like being in a different world.The island is easily walkable and the scenery is stunning, the beaches are white sand and look more caribbean than French.Cant wait to visit again.

What a treasure! Amazing plants from foreign climes surviving so well in this maritime environment - well worth a visit if you are in the area - it packs a lot in to a small area but well thought out and planned - if you know plants you won’t be disappointed....

Wonder at our bird show. Within a beautiful park situated at the mouth of the Goyen river, birds are displayed flying freely, they may even skim over your head! This 45 minutes presentation is divided into four parts : birds local to the estuary, diurnal birds of prey, nocturnal birds of prey, and the Great Cormorant. (French spoken)

Good family trip ( 2 hours with a 3 year old) Mix of aquarium and birds. Bird show well worth seeing. Close up experience with some majestic birds. Well kept animals and exhibitions and friendly enthusiastic staff. Lots of features described in English as well as French although the bird show narrated in French wouldn’t affect overall understanding and experience if you weren’t fluent.
