Denpasar (Indonesian pronunciation: [denˈpasar]) (Balinese: ᬤᬾᬦ᭄ᬧᬲᬃ) is the capital of Bali and the main gateway to the island. The city is also a hub for other cities in the Lesser Sunda Islands.

Located in a strategic place, only 15 minutes from Sanur Area. You could include a 30 minutes stop at Duta Orchid Garden in any of your tours to the north or east of the island. It would provide an opportunity for you to refresh your mind and soul.

We have booked a diving trip from Padang Bai, two dives at Nusa Penida with Manta Point our first destination. The conditions were very good, sea pretty calm and the trip across the channel smooth. This dive point is pretty busy with at least 8 boats already there, there was a number of divers in the water, however the site is pretty large so you can find your own spot. After 20 minutes of nervous drifting and thinking that we will be unlucky on the day a flock of 7 mantas went straight in front of us. Two more spotting of a pair of mantas and the dive was over. Majestic place.

**Please be advised we closed since 2018 due to village mafia & government corruption. In our 8 years of operation we saved a World Record 250 sharks! Beware of local businesses claiming to be us.** Bali Sharks Eco tour is 3 hours w/ transportation and meal provided. Tour includes Turtle Conservation Center, Marine Garden and the Shark Nursery. Guests are allowed to feed and swim with sharks. Baby turtle releasing is seasonally from June into October. This is a family friendly activity for all ages. Species include Black & White Tip Reef Sharks and sometimes Bambu and Wobbegong (carpet sharks.)
What an incredible experience at Bali Sharks! The staff was smiling, patient, and so helpful. We were able to feed and swim with the sharks, it was amazing !! Then we went to see the Turtle Rescue Center, where people are just as passionate. The turtles were adorable, lots of baby turtles ^^ Thank you all for this unforgettable experience !

The facility is government funded and run by volunteers. It is educational but an experience of a lifetime. we arrived 35 mins after some turtles had hatched and it was amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone of any age. There is no entrance fee, but a donation is asked to keep the place running.

Great place for the kids to stay fit and healthy while also learning new skills. Eugene is such a brilliant instructor and gets the most out of the children.

Green Island Bali a place to do something to our earth. Our main program is coral plantation and releasing sea horse. We also could have more information about corals, sea horses, sea turtles, sharks, and many things about sea life. Our location is in Serangan Island. From harbor we use small boat to our place, it is only 5 minutes. We can also snorkling at coral garden, swimming with sea turtles, and for kids we have waterwalk, shock wave, spin roll, and mini waterslide ( please see our pictures ). We also provide lunch for our guest. We can enjoy our time at Green Island Bali. See you there. Cheers ............

I am a big fan of the artistic statues in Bali and the Titi Banda Statue depicts the sethu bridge (some time referred to as Adam bridge) built by the army of monkeys headed by Sugriwa from Rameswaram in Tamilnadu to the Sri Lanka. I was passing by this statue many times and managed to grab a few snaps during one of the rides.

The Sanur Beach Promenade is lined with brightly painted outrigger boats along the water's edge, and good restaurants and cafes opposite. Treat yourself to a massage offered by one of the many masseuses with divans on the sand. If you're there in July, catch the Bali Kite Festival, a colorful international competition.
Sanur is an excellent choice for those who likes to rise with the sun, enjoy a pristine, calm white sand shore for long walks, quiet meditation, yoga on the beach, close access to organic & hearty foods, early morning great coffees, smoothies & bakeries. Stores & restaurants open into the late evening, but the overall atmosphere is of subtle jubilee and wholesome fun.
