Welcome to Preus museum - a treasury of photographs, technical equipment and photo litterature in a historical building refurbished by architect Sverre Fehn. Please check the website for updated exhibition program. Preus museum is Norway's National Museum of Photography. The museum was founded in 1995 when the Norwegian Government bought the collections that belonged to Preus Fotomuseum, a private museum. The Norwegian State is the owner of the museum.

The Art Association of Sandefjord aims to promote visual arts through exhibitions of both Norwegian and international artists, as well as of promising amateurs. The art association also actively take part in other kind of events such as art-evenings, book-presentations and seminars.
