It would be hard to pick a favorite activity on this adventure, every day seemed to be better than the last. Climbing cotopaxi to 16k, mountain biking in the Andes, white water rafting, hiking around a volcanic crater lake, the otovalo market, the amazing hike through the rain forest, and exploring Quito. And I don't think we have ever had a better guide, Marcelo was a very knowledgeable and gracious host for his remarkable country. All of our accomodations were top notch and very unique. This trip far exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for an adventure, you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommended if you want to visit Galápagos on a budget!!! The booking process was so easy. Michael was very helpful and explained everything. The daily activities were perfectly planned and gave a glimpse of everything you need to see in the islands. Guides were very informative and attentive. Saw lots of wildlife! Accommodation and meals were reasonable. Will definitely book again with takiri travel.

Mindo might be the best option for contact with mother nature with a unique biodiversity in a valley of 20000 acres of protected land which is the ¨Mindo Nambillo¨ protected forest. Known for it extreme natural beauty that atracts visitors from all over the world. With some 570 different bird species innumerable amphibians, reptiles and mamal species aswell as a huge variety of orchids and other plants. This lovely small town and its valley are about 2 hours in bus from Quito at an altitud of 1250 mtrs or 4100 feet with a subtropical climate with temperatures of between 16 and 24c althrough the year. Our tour is special, because it is a combined tour between amphibians, birds and adventure where they will live unforgettable experiences.

Had the most wonderful experience birding in Mindo! Fernanda was very knowledgeable and scoped out some great birds using the telescope and binoculars. We saw lots of toucans, Guayaquil woodpeckers, and many other birds. I had a great time and would definitely do it again!

We had a great day trip from Quito to Cotopaxi with our guide Daniel. He picked us up from our hotel on time at 8am and drove expertly to Cotopaxi taking a scenery road which allowed us to appreciate the geography of the inter-valley region. The drive took about 1.5 hours. His approach takes you around the volcanoes from all angles. Daniel was truly passionate about Ecuador and very knowledgeable about wildlife and vegetation of the region. He stopped plenty of times for awesome picture opportunities. We hiked from the parking lot (15K ft) to the refuge (16K ft) doing the zig-zag approach and experienced no issues with altitude sickness whatsoever (he stopped by a kiosko where we could buy coca candy and leaves if needed before entering the park). The weather was awful as we ascended, with small hail and dust from the strong winds, but he was patient and set the pace perfectly for us to successfully reach the refuge. We grabbed hot chocolate up in the refuge (2.5 per cup, bring change) and warmed up before going back down. On our way back to Quito, we stopped by an authentic local restaurant around 3pm where we had a soup, a pork dish, and an ice cream. Back to the hotel by 5pm promptly. This is a great experience for a Quito escapade which you should consider if you're looking to do something based off the city.

I had only one afternoon in Quito to sightsee. I contacted Ecuador's Best Tour with late notice by email and Luis replied right away. Luis has a great laid back, no worries attitude and assured me he would take care of everything and pick me up at my hotel. He arrived early to pick me up. I was thrilled to visit the beautiful Church la Compania. Luis was very knowledgeable about the history of the church and architecture. Next we visited a beautiful view of the city with the statue Virgin of El Panecillo. I only had a few hours to visit and Ecuador's Best Tours really helped me make the most of my visit. I highly recommend booking this with this company and you will be lucky if Luis is your guide. His English is extraordinary and he's just a pleasant guide to be around. I have toured many places around the would and I would say Luis was one of the best guides I have encountered. I got some great photos from my visit and hope to return someday. I would certainly use Ecuador's Best Tours again.

I highly recommend this tour! It’s active but not strenuous, covers a lot, and Alex was friendly and knowledgeable throughout. It felt nice to have a blend of parks and the city, stopping along the way for photos, explanations and history, sweeping city views and gelato on a balcony.

My husband and I returned safely on Saturday from our Ecuador and Galapagos trip. Even if everyday life is slowly sinking in again, we are still very much inspired by the great, unique experiences we were able to gather on the islands. We would like to express our gratitude to you and your team for the organization and the really smooth running of our trip. Everything has always worked exactly as described in the itinerary (except when we did not work as we should and arrived late due to a stalled clock for our transfer to Isabela …). The plan was perfect to keep track of all the activities and had always answers for any ambiguity and questions, so nothing could go wrong. That has always given us a dose of extra security. And if there were any organizational or other questions, Karin and also especially Rebekka was always available with answers and offer a helping hand! Especially on the islands, the time feels so precious, that you want to devote yourself fully to the diverse experiences … Conclusion: our expectations were exceeded and we will recommend Galapagos PRO for sure. We had a great time exploring Galapagos through Ecosportour. We visited 3 islands and saw amazing wildlife. It was truly a breathtaking adventure seeing a volcano, rare birds, sea turtles and vegetation. We hiked, snorkeled, fished and met the friendly people of Galapagos. The food and hospitality on the tour was very good. I would highly recommend booking through Ecosportour. They will make sure you have a once in a lifetime experience.
