We thoroughly enjoyed the Museum of Discovery and Science in Fort Lauderdale. There is lots of interest to see and experience with the Everglades Tour, Mars Rover and lots more. It is a venue not to be missed.

This movie theater has the most comfortable recliners. I couldn’t be more comfortable, eve at home. The place is very clean and smells nice. Snacks and pizza are available here. This theater is worth visiting if you like going to the movies.

Went last night for a movie in the Ft Lauderdale film festival. The theater is small but so neat. The staff was so nice and the theater is so clean and seats comfortable. Dont be turned away by the size go in and have a great time

I have been coming to the Gateway Theatre since back in the days when we would come up from Miami Beach to spend a day in the country! Fort Lauderdale is no longer a country town and The Classic Gateway Theatre has been a big part of that growth. They were one of the first theatres to show 'art' films meaning foreign films, gay films, director films and now that it has been remodeled into 4 auditoriums you will find a documentary in one, a Marvel film in another, an independent film in the third and an animated film in the fourth. The staff from George the owner to Pam in charge of the concession stand plus Ray the manager and all the others do their best to make movie going worth more then the price of a ticket. Be sure to get their reward card and, oh yes, have a lot of fun reading the comment board in the lobby before you add your own!

Saw "Emma." We had never experienced recliners at a theater. Where have you been all my life? My husband was asleep within 10 minutes - actually snoring. (It is a British comedy - dry wit.) Everyone around us had brought blankets to make it extra comfy. Who knew? Now you know.

First things first, the staff was so friendly! We didn't have a local phone so one was kind enough to let us call a taxi from his cellphone and then we couldn't finalize an order on free movie passes without a credit card transaction and the manager allowed us to use her credit card. That's above and beyond and it was appreciated. The facility itself was comfy, those recliner seats are an upgrade I now refuse to do without and even though the credits before the movie take waaaay too long I'd definitely return to this theatre which had great location for some quick shopping and eating before a late night flick. Thumbs up for a fun time out.

Like it says 18 theatres and always great movies here Easy parking . The theatre was renovated and you choose your own seat ????: which come with elevation if u want it and if you are not careful and your elbow touches the wrong place : heated seats ! Which happened to my husband ! Hit it and got a bit too Warm !! Sit relax and enjoy your movie ! Place for a drink too !
