This tour company really went above and beyond during difficult circumstances with the pandemic. We had a tour booked but unfortunately we had to cancel last minute due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Dani was so helpful and accommodating. He helped us every step of the way to get us safely to the airport and refunded our deposit for our tour even though this circumstance is out of their control and they will be hard hit with the halt in tourism. I would rebook with them in a heartbeat and hope to come back and see the sites one day under better circumstances. Thank you for making the best out of a difficult situation.

After the long weeks and bleak thoughts brought on by the pandemic, what better antidote to cabin fever than getting out into nature on a dirt bike? And thus, an adventure was born, simple in concept and flawless in execution. I met the group in Ubud at 8:30 and by 9:30 we were fuelled up and eating wind as we sped northwards in search of some trails. Our group leader was navigating; a burden shouldered with aplomb giving us riders the freedom to feast our eyes and really appreciate the scenery. And what scenery there is! Bali seems to all intents and purposes that the gods who made it had not just a little insight into the needs of adrenaline seeking adventurers and duly obliged. Jungle trails and steep ravines give way to a lunar landscspe of incomparable fun as you summit the crater atop Mt. Batur. Nowhere else can such a variety of terrain be found. I use no hyperbole when I say that it is the most fun riding I have ever had; highlights of previous rides, sections that are great, or particularly scenic, or technical... they just seem to be never-ending in Bali. It's a constant highlights reel! You seldom have a chance to appreciate just how much fun the last section was because what comes next is even more impressive. The trails are sometimes fast, sometimes tricky, sometimes slippery, but they are as rewarding as any I've ridden. The focus on fun was apparent from the beginning and not once did it feel like we were going via the expedient route. There has clearly been a lot of fact-finding done by these guys to ensure the route is the most varied and thrilling. A tip for future guests: the physical effort of riding a dirt bike is often forgotten but the end of this epic day swiftly brought back those memories of heavy limbs and aching shoulders. We rolled into Ubud at 18:00 having lunched over-looking the crater lake, my only regret was not ordering a double portion with dessert to give me fuel for the last 45 mins of riding when the body is feeling the effects of a day on the bike. Take the opportunities to load up on calories when they are presented. Top marks to these boys, they have a great product! I rode a KLX 250, road legal enduro with knobbly tires and an after-market pipe. It seemed well-maintaned and was loads of fun. Adam was our guide, great bloke.

I recommend this tour to everyone! After a week in big cities we travelled to Bandung and stayed overnight in the Neo Moritz Hostel. That same evening we decided with Umien (tour guide) and another couple to start the 3-day tour the next morning. Umien organized everything: Driver, overnight stay, water, activities. We didn't have to worry about anything. During these days we experienced a lot of unforgettable things: visiting tea and rice fields, bathing in hot springs, sunrise on the Papandayan, drinking Kopi Luwak, bathing in the Green canyon and Green valley and surfing in Batu Karas for the first time. We finally extended our stay at Villa Devi in Pangandaran by 4 days. It is great that Umien has many years of experience, likes to travel himself and comes from this region. We could never have explored so much in such a short time without a local guide. Afterwards, these days with Umien, his brother and the other couple were unforgettable. It was the best week during the 5-week trip through Java and Lombok.

I booked a private car tour via Raja Tours to visit Kawa Putih, Ciwidey tea plantation, Pantenggang Lake and the Rengganis hot springs. My driver Mr. Ega was really kind and speak fluently english. It was a nice experience with him, because he knows a lot of information about Bandung and the surrounding. On every place he accompany me and take care of me. The driver is also a good photographer! If you see something between your places, he will stop for you and you will never feel time pressure. If you also want to learn anything about Indonesian live , Mr. Ega is the right one! 9. Be a Javanese! Traditional Batik Fabric Drawing Class
In this trip you will be making fabric based (traditional) Batik. Batik is a technique of wax-resist dyeing applied to whole cloth, or cloth made using this technique, originated from Indonesia, Batik is made either by drawing dots and lines of the resist with a spouted tool called a canting, or by printing the resist with a copper stamp called a cap. The applied wax resists dyes and therefore allows the artisan to colour selectively by soaking the cloth in one colour, removing the wax with boiling water, and repeating if multiple colours are desired. Indonesian batik made in the island of Java has a long history of acculturation, with diverse patterns influenced by a variety of cultures, and is the most developed in terms of pattern, technique, and the quality of workmanship. In October 2009, UNESCO designated Indonesian batik as a Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity.

The tour starts when our local tour guide pick you up at your Yogyakarta accommodation in the early evening. First, you will be taken for a walk around the ancient Kotagede area. Take a short visit to the oldest traditional market in Jogja named Kotagede Market. Approximately a hundred meters from Kotagede Market, you will find a cemetery complex protected with tall walls. Those are the cemetery complex of Mataram Kings and Mataram old Mosque. Also, Kotagede area is very popular for its silverworks. Stop in observe how silversmiths make the silver jewelry. Continue to start your Yogyakarta food tour! Move to the most popular chain of warung namely Gudeg Yu Djum. Continue to try local delicacies of Bakmi Jawa (Javanese noodles) at Bakmi Pak Pele. Best brunch so far ❤️❤️ The food was great, the place was soooo cozy and also the services was excellent. They had a very strict health protocol which is very important nowaday. I should’ve come back next time ????
