Reviewed By Kristina ŠFor the price to pay it's quite adequate stay. You will have clean modern rooms, free parking spot, good breakfast. Wi-fi is good too. Of course due to highway you can not expect nice area around. In the hotel you will find burger king - fast food restaurant.

Terrible hotel

This July, while travelling and staying in this hotel for one night, I accidentally left my jeans with the wallet in the hotel's room. During the same morning when I was on the road, I remembered about the forgotten wallet and called to hotel's administrator. I asked about the jeans and the wallet, and guess what answer I got. The jeans were there, but the wallet was not! I would like to warn you that if you accidentally left something valuable in this hotel, you would not receive it back! What kind of staff works there?! Robert [-], the director of the hotel, claims that his employees are really good, well trained and etc. I would like to ask the director if the act of taking a wallet and rude communication of some of the staff members with the customer (specifically the maid who cleaned the room) is normal. It is not worth to stay in a hotel where unfair, deceptive people work. The only language the hotel's administrator is familiar with is Polish (that was problematic, because we had to find someone who could be our translator for our incident). Hotel's carpets are dirty, dust is on cupboards, omelette is cold, cheese is dry and etc. I strongly recommend you to avoid staying at this "3 stars" hotel.

A real motel
Reviewed By 83-Stefan-83This hotel is very close to the highway, a lot of parking places. The Guy at the reception was very friendly and the rooms were just okay, nothing special. Price quality ratio is okay. The breakfast however was very poor. I would only stay here because of the location and price.

Reviewed By nottimsThis place is very good value the breakfast is excellent. The room clean and basic. The only problem we had is that we could hear the people in the next room who were a bit noisy. It is also on the edge of Krakow but good parking.

Reviewed By molesworth41I arrived at the hotel at about 2.30pm to find that at the last minute my guaranteed room, booked on Booking.com, was not available and that Booking .com had been advised 3 hours ago. I was left to fend for myself. The manager was incredibly rude to me and to the representative from Booklng.com when I finally got through. The manager created the situation I Was in, no explanation given as to why there was noom. She was only interested in getting me out of the door as quickly as possible, with no assistance with booking.com in finding me alternative accomodation. "DON'T TAKE THE RISK" Fortunately I found alternative accomodation and the people there went out of their way to help me.

The hotel are undergoing a well organised renovation with the exterior nearly completed. My privous comment regarding curtains and sound proofing the rooms facing the street still stands, the room remain very bright during the night

A Port In A Storm!

Near Czorstyn Reservoir and a small ski area it can be thought of as a refuge from the glitzy surroundings of Zakopane (Poland's major ski venue in the Tatra Mountains) about 45 minutes away. It offers a delightful dining room with a reasonably substantial menu. The food is fresh and well prepared. The sleeping rooms are basic, but clean and functional. No CNN or BBC on the TV: only Polish programming. Good free Wi-Fi in the sleeping room and dining room. My only complaint was the children who were running through the hall, and into the dining room. They were noisy but the waitstaff seemed to tolerate it unreasonably.

Wygląd i wyposażenie apartamentu na znakomitym poziomie. W urządzeniu apartamentu, niezwykle funkcjonalnym, jak również eleganckim widać chęć sprostania wszelkim potrzebom użytkowników . Z wielu apartamentów, w jakich miałam okazję niejednokrotnie przebywać, ten zdecydowanie jest najlepszy.Czystość na poziomie sterylnośći. Serdecznie polecam.

Not a good experience
Reviewed By craigster57First the good, our flights were delayed and we didn't arrive until after 14:00 and someone was there to open the gate and check us in. It went down hill after that. We were given keys to two rooms that were already occupied! Imagine the awkwardness of entering a small room in the middle of the night and find someone sleeping (or at least they were). We were given two different rooms but the rooms are very basic. My associate in the other room had the toilet seat fall off and the shower door fall off. Breakfast the next morning was a disappointment. But hey, it was only $40USD. In the daylight it did look a little more charming and rustic. If you are into the very minimalistic lodge accomodations then maybe this is for you.
