Comfortable hotel in the old town
Reviewed By SteveP832Welcoming hosts, clean rooms and good breakfast. Lovely rooftop area to relax, read a book and watch the sun set. They arranged pick up from airport for us, as well as a day sightseeing trip to the old forts.

Reviewed By AnneAmsterdam123We had an excellent stay! We booked 2 nights but stayed 4. Very friendly and helpful hosts, comfortable beds (finally!), nice and big rooms, all very clean, great breakfast. I definitly recommend this place!!

Reviewed By Altaf0508Был 3 дня, нормальный номер с плазмой, мини баром и двуспальной кроватью. Это полноценные 3 звезды, хорошее расположение, недорого -в районе 50 USD за номер с завтраком. Завтрак в уютном светлом заведении с телевизором на нейтральном ( белорусском) канале, все есть, даже манную кашу за 10 мин. сделали. Выделяю отличных работников на ресепшене, качественную уборку и охрану. Рекомендую всем, кто ненадолго и не жаждет приключений на свою...Спасибо!

In the beginning of the 20th century, in a few minutes walking distance from the walls of the old city, at the Qosha Darvoza gate of the outer city, by the order of the khan of Khiva Khanate, Muhammad Rakhim Khan II, a guest-house was erected, which lived a unique history in the course of a century. Built in 1905, the building had functioned as a guest-house till 1913. As a pharmacy from 1913 to 1920. As a military barracks from 1930 to 1940. As a pharmacy and a dormitory for the personnel from 1950 to 1970. Since the Perestroyka period the building was abandoned. In the beginning of 2014 we, with the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Uzbekistan, concluded an agreement on a long-term rent of the building and restored the entire image and appearance of the building including all the rooms. Today, the building has been bestowed a new life and again humbly and hospitably opens up its doors for guests again.

Reviewed By Robin LLocated near the Old City, we loved that we could walk everywhere. The hotel was quiet during our stay; we seemed to be the only guests. Breakfast was freshly made and plentiful. Our room had everything we needed, including Good WiFi.

Reviewed By Didier VNice little hotel run by a friendly young couple. Accommodation is basic but clean and practical. Hotel is well located in a quiet street right in the old Khiva, within walking distance of all major sightseeing. Breakfast are plentiful and good.

La porte ne paie pas de mine, mais l intérieur est très propre et le personnel est accueillant. Un wifi assez rapide Très bon petit déjeuner varié Les nuits y sont calmes car situé dans une petite ruelle impraticable pour les véhicules standard

Хорошее постельное белье. Расположение отеля отличное. Всего в десяти минутах от центра города. Вокруг много ресторанов, кафе, а также очень хороший базар.

Poor service
Reviewed By wolf3728Spent 2 nights at the hotel. The bed was very hard because there was no mattress just the box springs. The pillow lost its shape very fast and offered no support. When I asked for a second pillow they never brought it. The breakfast buffet is poor with limited selection. Coffee was instant.

Отель находится в центре города,но на тихой улочке, все основные достопримечательности под рукой, много кафе как местной,так и европейской кухни. Рядом станции где ждут вас таксисты и отвезут в пригород, где также много интересного. По факту в Бухаре достаточно 2-х дней для осмотра. Отель нам очень понравился, на букинге у него оценка 9! Я бы сказала,что это больше гостевой дом)немного номеров, небольшая кухня, большое общее место для завтраков. Завтраки подают как-будто ты в гостях, спрашивают,что ты будешь, приносят чай и т.п, очень милые и доброжелательные хозяева. Что удобно-на ресепшене есть кулер с горячей водой, так как мы любители чая и кофе, самостоятельно это готовили в любое время. Администратор без проблем нас отвез в аэропорт в 3-40 утра, и еще не хотел брать деньги) Нам было уютно,вкусно и спокойно в этом отеле.
