The hotel is so much interior and the in the Toilets the flush would not work even after changing two rooms. Reception not friendly. The lake which is in front of the hotel is not fit except being a garbage dump.

Stayed in tree hopper. Pros: 1. Awesome view from room. 2. Super Delicious food. Recommend everyone to take their "All Meals" plan and book directly from hotel. 3. Restaurant staff very good. 4. Spacious Room. 5. Hi tea at Sunset point. Cons: 1. Room needs renovation. Lighting very very less. 2. Reception staff (whom we are supposed to call on mobile for everything) felt like a little under trained. 3. Activities are only name sake. 4. Need to install more lights on common walkways. Gets very scary after dark.

Booking process was very friendly and swift…we called the Mumbai booking office on a Saturday around 10.30 am we wanted to checkin at about 2 om. The lady (Sayali) was very helpful and could help us with a booking on triple sharing basis. The checkin process was well handled by Chirag who was at the reception and even though the checkin time was 5 pm, based on a special request we had made for early checkin, he could allot the room to us by 3 pm. And we were allowed to have the buffet lunch. Even though it may seem to be a small gesture but I appreciated the fact that they did not show any rigidity or did not do it as a favour as wells. Since we had arrived the hotel around lunch time , we went for lunch while they were making the room ready. Great gesture! Property is quite decent and the high rope activities and zip line are a must do. The recreation area has table tennis, carrom etc and one can spend time with family and friends. There’s a swimming pool as well and being a weekend remained fully occupied by guests. It’s a small pool - could not have expected any better. Room that we stayed in was quite a good room With basic amenities. The housekeeping manager Viru Mandal was extremely helpful and went out of the way to toke care of all our requirements with a smile on his face at all times. Again these are small gestures that make your stay comfortable and are extremely important factors in giving a good recommendation to a property. The showdown is good - lunch and dinner in specific. The food is very average. I would recommend that given that most of the cooks are from local areas, they should serve and stick to local Maharashtrian fare, instead of trying to make Chinese, punjabi dishes etc which they can’t make well. If they provide simple food - local vegetables and dal cooked in Maharashtrian style it would be far better. We did not enjoy our lunches and dinner and have given this feedback at the property as well. Overall, a good place to stay for weekend, good service but average food.

Well, I have rated this Hotel 3 because there are certain below key points which I had observed during my visit: 1) Check In / Check Out was very smooth - 4 Ratings 2) Room Service was good. They were responding quickly to our requests - 4 Ratings 3) Food (Lunch/Breakfast) was not convincing at all, also it was overrated - 1 Rating 4) Pool - Even though it's pandemic period going on Hotels should always keep their vicinity clean and tidy as when we arrived at Hotel Pool was not clean at all - 1 Rating 5) Room was very clear and tidy - 4 Ratings One visiting this Hotel needs to take care of his Lunch/Breakfast/Dinner separately as you cannot rely for their food, otherwise this Hotel is good to go if not counted on Food & Pool.

Located in the Nagaon Village at a 10 Min walk distance from Nagaon Beach. This cottage has ample space with Coconut tree's spread all over space around the cottage. Uniqueness of Cottage: 1. Mr. Abhijeet Patil owner of this cottage looks after management and maintenance of this cottage. he stay's with in premises and available round the clock. 2. Cottage spread across acres of land with ample space by stunning lush greenery 3. Homemade food both Veg and Non veg is available with good taste and actual home feel you will get. Multiple dining facilities are arranged. Only thing is you need to inform three hours prior to Lunch/Dinner time 4. Olden days Chetan and some unique things are displayed in the cottage which all are very nice experience to see and to take pics with those old memories Disappointing points of this cottage: 1. Rooms ambience is not so good. Need much improvement. Outside view and Maintenance is Excellent. At the same time inside room maintenance is very poor. Matrices and blankets are seems to be very old and not comfortable Check in /Check out 12:00 Noon

We were worried to step out after the lockdown eased, but we were glad to have booked this place. It will go down as one of the most memorable trips I’ve taken with family. We spotted The Rippling Edge cottage online after a lot of research. There were many getaways from Mumbai for small groups and couples, but none for a big family that offered enough space and things to do around the property. Watch out for other places that have copied and pasted photos of this cottage and passed off as their own. The staff was amazing, the service excellent and we had the entire cottage to ourselves. The food was carefully prepared and everybody from my 83-year-old father-in-law to my 11-year-old niece relished all the meals. The staff took great care to look into each of our requests and Captain Gadhok was a fantastic host. He had great stories to tell about his time in the merchant navy and was easy to engage with. Except for the fact that we thought we would get four bedrooms and ended up being taken aback that we got two bedrooms and four beds, everything was a breeze. Since it was all family, it was easy to share the space and the sound of the river lulled us to sleep every night. There’s no bigger bonus than that. Be prepared for giant mosquitoes that disappear after the staff fumigates the place. And no, the smoke isn’t suffocating or foul-smelling like the stuff we’re used to in the cities. This fumigation was completely odourless. There are places to trek close by and if you’d rather play a sport on the premises, there’s a badminton court as well a play area for kids. Or you could lie down with a book, on a swing or a hammock, by the river like we did. There are two dogs that belong to Gadhok - they are super-friendly and add to the whole happy vibe of the place. In a year that has been such a disaster, this trip has been another reason to feel grateful.

This modern duplex, just 10 minutes from Kihim beach, houses four delicately designed bedrooms with stylish bathrooms. Stocked with board games, those seeking a hint of thrill can compete in the games room, equipped with a TT Table and a Snooker Table, or take a dip in the expansive infinity pool. For young and old, the green grass slope is one you can slide down and have a gala time.
Wonderful experience with an excellent staff. One of the cleanest pools I've seen. Luxurious 4 bedrooms and a sprawling lawn. ? Worth the money and one of the most on point courteous staff. The food was good at very decent prices. Very close to Khihm beach.
