Exactly opposite the main temple, it has temple view rooms and you can have a full view of the temple proceedings from our terrace. Our USP is 10 meters from the temple with a priceless temple view. It is a budget hotel with clean A/C and non A/C rooms with a restaurant which serves pure veg food (Gujarati thali, Punjabi, south Indian and Jain food).
Worst hotel ever fraud hotel
Reviewed By audayreddy6I have booked the hotel and when I went to check in they told me rooms are not available. How is that even possible. They show that rooms are available online and when we go for check-in it's not available. Hotel people are doing fraud. Before booking the hotel I even called the hotel if I can book via yatra and come down. They told me yes. Still they cheated us like this

Good 3 star property near the temple
Reviewed By sushmitai2016This is a small 3 star hotel. Rooms are big & clean. Bed sheets, pillows, towels are clean. AC works well. Rooms with balcony can be noisy though out the night. Traffic keep moving all the time. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Sai Baba temple. Rooms without balcony will get smell of coal used water heater & may get some smoke. Hotel provides hot water only between 6am till 9am. Wifi is good not very strong. Hotel has one restaurant but food is okay. Overall staff are quite helpful. One can choose this hotel.

Unprofessional and unreliable owner
Reviewed By ATravelerJWe booked two big rooms for 30 and 31 dec 2021 with Mr. Sharad. He offered 3500 for smaller rooms and 4000 for bigger ones. We chose the big ones. Before starting our journey, we thought of confirming our booking with the owner. We were completely shocked to hear that the owner forgot to make our reservation entry in their booking register, even after paying the advance money. Mr. Sharad offered us that we stay in nandai villa on 30 night, but for 31st they have booked a lavish swimming pool property (massa resort) nearby. He insisted us to shift on 31st, since they had made another family booking by mistake in the nandai villa on 31. I told them that I am not very comfortable in shifting since we had a baby of 1.5 year old. He offered that we should first see that lavish massa resort and then decide. By that time on 30th he will give us a joint two rooms. I agreed. I guess there was no option but to agree with him since it was 9 pm on 29th December and next early morning we had to leave. Once we reach there, we moved in two big rooms which were connected to each other. The room was very spacious with multiple beds. The only problem was that room had only one western style toilet with bathroom, the other toilet was Indian and no bathroom with that. So I told them since we were 4 adults and two kids, one bathroom might not be sufficient for us. But all the other rooms were occupied. The owner Mr. Sharad doesn't live there, they called us many times to make sure that we are shifting tomorrow to another property. He also offered us another bathroom attached to some other room next to ours, which was vacant at that time. But then we realised that Mr. Sharad took a booking from 14 people for 31 night, since that room was big with multiple beds, he wants us to leave in order to get more money from other party. I felt cheated since we booked two big rooms, so where are those big rooms??? How can they just simply forgot someone booking and advance money and then playing tricks with them to shift them to some other place. I checked the reviews of massa resort, i didn't feel nice about it. So I told the owner that we are not shifting anywhere now. They immediately offered us to move to other smaller rooms in nandai villa only, which I refused. Obviously I paid for big rooms. I told the workers there that why your owner is so rude, he just wants big money. They told me that he is damad Babu of the property:) Then I realised this person is very money minded and has no respect for his customers. He took booking for 14 person, least he might be getting 14000 for 31 night, and we were paying only 8000. When I refused to leave the room, they immediately forbid us to use the extra bathroom given to us. Plus he and his caretaker just keep nagging about us leaving the villa. This experience was really new to me. I mean you make a booking and the owner didn't negotiate a single penny, we agreed and gave the advance. And suddenly they forgot about us and playing swimming pool trick on us. I clearly told them that we are here for beach not the pool, also we are very simple people, we don't want your lavish massa resort property, please give this to your other guests. The owner/damad Babu was so annoying that while checking out he asked the caretaker to pay 3000 extra for 'forcefully' living in their property on 31st. I told that person please ask him to come to Pune, I will give 30000. We love traveling, whether it's in India or abroad. We have visited so many places till now. But friends, this was the first time when someone was so unprofessional and unreliable. It was not my mistake that they forgot, instead of coming out clear, and try to accommodate us in their resort itself, this person was trying to trick us with swimming pool. I don't recommend it to anyone who wants a professional behaviour of host. He is cunning and money minded. There are plenty of property nearby, why to risk your holiday with Nandai villa. I am sure all the positive reviews about nandai villa is not on the money making day"new year eve". Stay away

This beautiful property located in lap of nature, where you will get 100% Peace of mind only, if would you love to spend some quality time with your Family or friends in natural environment so this place is great option for you. They have beautiful cottages with seat out balcony were u can spend some time with yourself, also they have in-house restaurant were they serve authentic veg and nonveg Maharashtrian cuisine only Really my experience with this place was really great, highly recommend this place for all nature lovers.

Reviewed By sivmageshIf you are going with family its not a good choice. They have two separate small beds instead of one single double bed. you have to adjust with your kids if you join both bed. And they will charge Rs 300 for 1 day for 2 idly and 1 tea for 3 people (6 tea and 3 Tea) and other alternative 1 cup of upma, sada dosa or poha. which is cost not more than Rs 150 in the same hotel. if you ask extra they will chage more. which is ridicules. I was really not happy with this Hotel. The best part is this is a Goibibo certified hotel which is other Joke, The room service guys are very polite and good.
