Fantastic hospitality!!!
Reviewed By Janna TTo begin - we wrote we will arrive around 20PM, but we lost our way and came to Dvur Stran around midnight. The lady of the house was still awake and waiting of us because we made an mistake and our reservation was not for tonight but for two weeks later! And she was waiting! With her broken arm. After all she gave us food! after midnight! The rooms are very clean and the food is basic but very good. They have horses and al lot of cats. Very good place!

Reviewed By LliviabpPros: location (direct in the center, near by the Market Colonnade) and room view, historic Art Deco building (renovated in a quality way), comfortable bed, cleanliness Cons: parking place is very far from hotel, hard to reach by walk, very hard car travel in the city center (to find the hotel), filthy windows (did not clean for long months) Summary, it was excellent stay in this lovely city!

Go to place for a ruined dinner
Reviewed By victoriak671After being through a shady hall the server sent us straight to hell. She was very unfriendly and didn’t seem wanting to serve us. The two wine we’ve ordered were undefinable in taste besides that the bottle must have been open for several days. Our first dish was a salad each. Those were tasteless, just the glutamate was prevalent on our tongues. We skipped both the wine and salads waiting for our mains. We had grilled vegetables (I‘m vegetarian) and grilled shrimps with cheese toasts. The toasts didn’t have any cheese on but smelled like it while the shrimps were mellow warm and overcooked, oily as well as promised garlicky. The grilled veg was terrifying burned and the baked potatoes fried in a deep fryer (judging by their color fried in oil which hasn’t been changed for the past week). Overall we had a good time because we had us but those employees tried their best to get us food poisoned and angry.

Po letech opět v Mariánkách
Reviewed By VlastimilJ3Letos se mi s manželkou podařilo spojit několik akcí dohromady a navštívit opět Mariánské Lázně. Ubytování jsme si zajistili v malém penzionu na kraji města. Sice cena byla vyšší než předchozí luxusní ubytování v Karlových Varech, byli jsme však spokojeni. Potěšila nás nabídka snídaně, kterou jsme neměli objednánu. Byla výtečná, takže jsme druhý den odjížděli velmi dobře naladěni a spokojeni. Vřele doporučujeme.

Reviewed By Inspire182667El registro de entrada fue rápido y pude pagar con euros. La habitación era amplia y confortable. La ubicación Buena, alejada del centro pero en zona tranquila y con parking. Buena opción si viajas con coche. La connexion a internet pobre y a ratos nula.

Reviewed By igormigorIt’s not really a hotel. It’s a family villa in which the owners are renting the rooms. Few rooms are in a bungalow in the back of the garden, the rest are in the house. The garden in the house is really beautiful. The owners are nice, polite and trying to accommodate you request, even explain where to visit in Mariánské Lázně. The room was simple, minimalistic and colorful, with bed, TV, bathroom, hairdryer, fridge and electric water kettle. There is free Wi-Fi!!!! On the negative side, the bathroom was not properly cleaned (there were brown marks on the toilet). We receive not fully dried towels after 8 p.m. (only after we've requested for them). There were no washing toiletries in the bathroom, except for liquid hand soap. In the "hotels" offer was mentioned that there should be sleepers provided. After asking for them, we've receive dirty, 2 sizes smaller rubber slippers. To our later finding, one pair was two left feet, one smaller, one bigger. If you are thinking of getting your usual big breakfast in the morning, to give you energy for at least half day hiking, forget it. The breakfast was appealing. The poorest which we've seen in all our traveling. 2 thin slices of ham and cucumber, few pieces of bread, not fully half raw fried egg and one small fruit yogurt. When asked for a boiled egg, they’ve offered us to make the same egg sunny side down. There was no fruit or juice. There was only instant coffee and cheapest teabags. The preferable method of payment was in cash (but if you don't have cash, they accept credit cards), probably to avoid tax payment. The owners are not fluent in Czech, and they don’t speak English.

Reviewed By TrophyCollectorEven if the hotel is a rather basic 4-star, I very much enjoyed the overall atmosphere, the friendly service and my conversations with the general manager. There is a lot of secrets to be learned from the Masonic Museum and the history of Loket in general.

Reviewed By ingos323Als Übernachtung gewählt um den Weihnachtsmarkt in Loket zu besuchen. Die Zimmer auf aktuellen Standart sauber und warm. Frühstück mit allen was man für ein gutes Frühstück benötigt. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Reviewed By MacicekDcera byla v tomto penzionu již druhým rokem ubytována v rámci letního tábora. Ubytování odpovídá ceně. Penzion nabízí hodně venkovních aktivit. Skvělá poloha. Vyzkoušeli jsme i kuchyni, kterou mohu doporučit! Navíc usměvavý, ochotný a vstřícný personál... To už se moc často nevidí! Na závěr ještě vypíchnu právě personál a pana majitele, kteří všichni byli velmi nápomocni při hledání zapomenutých věcí.

Reviewed By Jan MDo tohoto penzionu chodíme na jídlo při pěší či běžkařské tůře. Vaří výborně, byť je to trochu dražší. Výběr jídel není tak široký, ale vše je chutné. Ubytování nemohu posoudit, ale penzion se jeví luxusní.
