I actually booked this under the Mary MacKillop Place title but stayed in the Anderledy Lodge. What a find. The room was large with a sitting area and small table with 2 chairs plus an added bonus of a kitchen! Wow. Super clean and super quiet. It's a secure place with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby and the North Sydney train station just down the road. The breakfast was quite ample with an assortment of cereals, toast, fruit and pancakes. I'd certainly stay there again.

Beautiful home, fabulous location

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely assistant. Although we were very early, we had a minimal wait for our room. The rooms are beautifully appointed with very comfy beds. The toilets and bathrooms are clean and easily accessible. There is a beautiful garden with lounge area. There are many options for eating out, and some lovely markets not far from the lodge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone! Thanks for a great stay

A relaxing well appointed bolt hole to explore Sydney

Reviewed By Angiab

We arrived here late after a long haul flight from Italy. Terry gave us a warm welcome despite it being late in the evening. I discovers to my delight they had kindly stocked the fridge with everything we needed for our anticipated isolation. (By the time it wasn’t needed fortunately). A really clean comfortable two bedroomed bolt hole that we immediately settled into. The bacon in the fridge I cooked on the bbq the following morning. Lovely lush tropical garden with sun beds to relax in. All sorts of useful things were provided. Particularly in the kitchen. Cling film kitchen roll coffee pods for the machine. All the basics and more that you suddenly realise you needed had already been provided. Really comfortable beds and excellent shower. The beach, a stones throw away was stunning. And the town of Cronulla was delightful. Lots of locals going about their daily business. An added bonus was the train station in town, with a really efficient service to Central Sydney. Terry and Lynne were so helpful - making recommendations - they even drove us to one of their favourite restaurants. If you are looking for a tranquil relaxing place to return to after exploring Sydney I would definitely recommend this place.

Business Trip

Reviewed By Peter T

We usually attend the Penrith Caravan and Camping Show and generally take the caravan but this time i stayed at one of their cabins, as our circumstances changed i couldn't get the deposit back so booked a cabin. $120 per night was i think a bit excessive but the room was ok and had linen and towels were nicely laid out on the bed, the facilities in the room were good, the bed and pillows were to my liking, the shower was luke warm and am glad it wasn't the mildly of winter. The Park is very quiet about 29 kms from Penrith but takes about 30 mins by car longer during the week. Overall, it was good place to stay. No train noise like the ones in Penrith, the staff were friendly and the park was clean.

Exceeded Expectations

Great location, comfy beds, clean room, nice high ceilings with modern features. We weren’t expecting it to be so nice. Great price. The only downfall was there is no free parking with the accommodation. We will definitely stay again when coming to Sydney. Close to cafes and opposite the hospital.

Deluxe room - what a joke - false advertising

Reviewed By Culture604526

We walked into our supposed deluxe room to find a stained and dirty bedspread, a tiny table shoved in the corner with 2 hard seats, a dirty, soiled lounge that looked like it was about 20 years old and obviously well worn. There is no way that this was a deluxe room. As I was unable to leave my room because of injury, I couldn't bear the thought of staying for 4 days in this dark, dank room which is overstated, overrated and overpriced. They need to get real and pick up their act and have some pride in their facilities. We left immediately and booked alternative accommodation.

Noisy Bed and breakfast

Reviewed By p509w

The accom is fine, but the area is so noisy, sleep is out. There is obviously a local problem with neighbours. It is not as close to the CBD, or alternative CBD ( Parramatta). The Buses are good, but the nearest train station is Blacktown over 10kms. Lots of construction traffic moving through and around the local area.
