HOTEL OR HOSTEL?
Reviewed By FilardoThe property advertises as a hotel, but in fact it did not lose its Hostel DNA. It features old and new rooms. The old rooms are not compatible with a hotel. Maybe the new ones could. Noisy air conditioner, noisy minibar, lack of reading lights, towels from the 20th century. The bed is not bad. (no pun intended...) At least did not break my back. Relatively clean, but the decoration of the tiles in the bathroom (minuscule, screaming for a renovation) give the impression that it is filthy. I took a last minute decision of traveling to the beach, and all hotels were fully booked for the dates I needed. This hostel was the closest I could find. The price is very high, considering the quality of the equipment. In addition they charge you in advance for the entire stay, and you lose it if you cancel upon arrival. It opens directly to the "beach". Well, there was fine sand (not as white as Guarujá's), there was salty water, there were sun umbrelas, people in bathing suits, BUT THERE WERE NO WAVES. 10-inch to 20-inch waves tops. I saw better waves in Lac Leman (geneve)!!! Upon booking the request your age. (I'm 70) and when you arrive there they give you one of those sorry hostel rooms, on the first floor, i.e. upstairs!!!! when they have rooms at street level. It means that the hotelier does not think about his clients. They did not even asked if I wanted a first-floor or a street-level room!

Reviewed By MAM1302Superou minhas expectativas, pessoal muito simpático, os donos são muito atenciosos, especialmente a Sol que foi de uma solicitude impar. Ambiente muito arejado e limpo. Equipamentos novos, ar condicionado muito bom, TV nova, frigobar ok, pequena varanda, decoração simples porém muito agradável. Por serem os mesmos donos de um restaurante próximo, tem serviço de quarto para porções e bebidas. Localização excelente! próximo a praias lindíssimas e com supermercado e restaurante quase na porta. O café da manhã vai além do que se espera para o custo da estadia, produtos de primeira, além disso tudo arrumado com muito capricho e bom gosto. Excelente estadia.

Reviewed By adrianoc613Muito confortável, acesso facil à pé para a praia e a mesma possui ótima estrutura para lazer, alimentação e conveniência. O quarto é espaçoso, limpo com ar condicionado que atende bem e frigobar que facilita muito.

Agradável e facilitou muito no checkout
Reviewed By Christian CCheguei sem reserva atraves de uma ligação e reservei pelo booking. Foi somente uma noite e me atendeu perfeitamente. Roupa de cama limpa e colchão bom, preço justo. Por ser um apart, não possui café da manhã o que pra mim seria indiferente, devido eu ter chegado a noite deu 4h a mais para meu checkout, e isso foi primordial pela minha decisão de se hospedar lá. Possui ar condicionado no quarto e garagem aberta sem cobertura, bem seguro pois orientam a todos manter as 2 portas de acesso sempre trancadas.
