We spent 3 days in Barcelona on a private tour with Barcelona's Best Tour Guide, Feliciano. We visited Montserrat, the wine district, Costa Brava and Barcelona city sights. Feliciano makes you feel just like family. He is warm, kind, funny and so knowledgable with impeccable English. What he doesn't know about the beautiful Catalunya region of Spain is probably not worth knowing. Our experience was so much richer in his hands. Can't wait to go back and again.

The five of us got picked up an hour late from original start time. We waited outside for a while with the company saying that the guide was caught in traffic. 55 minutes was too long. This was a bummer. Another couple from a hotel were also picked up 80 minutes late. They missed breakfast waiting around early for the agreed time. Company send an apology. thankfully we did not have any plans in late afternoon. Guide extended the end time. He also bought small snacks for everyone to make up for late start. He was friendly and kind. Although my mom wanted more picture pause during the tour.
