the best hotel experience of my entire life. every morning and evening to see such a beautiful view from the window from the cliff (all rooms in this hotel with a sea view). very tasty and very varied breakfast, real Italian coffee and the friendliest staff made me fall in love with this place with all my heart. The station is within walking distance (20 minutes), but if you suddenly need a taxi, be sure to ask the owner of the hotel for help, he is always there. local taxi drivers are very arrogant, and since there is no Uber in the city, they charge terrible prices. in turn, the owner of the hotel has friendly relations with several taxi drivers and for you, as visitors to the hotel, they make an excellent price. And of course, I will really miss the cat that waited for you every evening in the hotel lobby. It was the best choice we made in Sorrento. Thank you Mega Mare we had the best holiday thanks to you

Elegance, luxury and modernity are perfectly mixed and in harmony with the environment in gorgeous scenery where plants, rocks and the view of an endless sea make the hotel appear as a real ship anchored to an island. The hotel offers 23 rooms with sea view terrace equipped with every comfort. The restaurant maxi has been awarded with its first Michelin star on the 2010 Michelin guide. A unique secret place.
We spent an excellent 3 days here. The pictures of the location speak for themselves. The ladies at the front desk and the shuttle driver Giovanni made our trip amazing. They are friendly, informative, and truly interested in helping you. The bar is superb featuring inventive drinks and a nice hang out. Vico Equense is a great location with nice restaurants, proximity to Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum via the circum vesuvius metro. Major differentiators: 1) Staff 2) Parking 3 Shuttle to train station, makes all of the bay naples accessible 4) location - you can't be closer to the water unless you are afloat We can't wait to return for a longer stay.

Le Ancore is a hotel by the sea, located in Vico Equense, a little town on Sorrento Coast. The hotel offers room and family suite with sea view.
It was a great staying on Sorrento coast (Vico Equense) during the time I have been there with my gf. The hotel is clean and the view from the room is just on the sea. Siamo stati molto bene! Recommended

Villa della Porta is located a bit up on the mountain side, resulting in it being in the shade in the morning and early afternoon. It seems to be primarily a venue for weddings, birthday parties etc. and less geared towards individual guests as seen in the limited range of the dishes offered for dinner, the absence of a proper lounge, wi-fi only being accessible in public spaces (and often not even that). That being said, then staff go out of their way to serve you and meet your wishes, the rooms are rustic and beautifully appointed, and the building itself hails back to the 16th century with stone corridors, court yards, balconies, a huge garden, and a big swimming pool.

farm-to-peak of positano located in the park of the mountains lattari, has eight comfortable rooms with large sun terrace, restaurant with menu 'of the local tradition and agricultural activities in certified organic production. Wide production of various types of vegetables honey and jams and oil.
We were recommended La Ginestra by the owner of the b&b we were staying at in Positano and decided to walk up there on a (very) hot day. The food and welcome were very much worth the walk - superb local (homemade) produce at incredibly reasonable prices. There is no a la carte menu, you are given a tasting menu of amazing quality food - we had a huge antipasti selection with cheese, meats, vegetables, quiche, salads and croquettes - not forgetting the bread! This was followed by a lovely pasta course, with an option for another pasta course after that but we were absolutely stuffed. Though not too stuffed to have a piece of delicious lemon and ricotta cake :) All washed down with lovely chilled wine for the incredibly reasonable price of 45€ for two people! This was some of the best food we ate during our two week holiday in the area - a definite must-visit! The views from La Ginestra are stunning, definitely worth walking up from Positano but it's a tough route so driving might be the better option for some. We are already trying to plan a visit to stay over at La Ginestra as I would love to see the agricultural side of the business, it seems like it would be interesting and lots of fun. Grazie for our excellent lunch!

We been here with friends, location is very nice with nice view , is a fix menu 50 € per pesos, with lots of appetizers some of them amazing but some of them very cold ? , for the wine you have only two options , white or red home made with peach ? well I would suggest to include some more wine options , the main course was ok nothing special some pasta with eggplant, the the second course was a tuna not bad , very good was the cake , price are a bit higher for the this tipe of restaurant (agriturismo ) , the service was ok in the beginning but then we were waiting more than 1 and half hour for the main course a bit to much in the end we enter at 20:00 and we left and midnight…….

We stayed in the lovely clean, spacious and modern apartment with dishwasher, washing machine and oven/ hob - perfect if you have kids who don’t always appreciate restaurant food! The apartment is also very close to amenities - train station is around 7-8 minutes away which can whisk you off to nearby Pompeii, Naples or Sorrento. Definitely visit the Pizza by the metre restaurant next door and also try the local famous gelato place, popular with the locals!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a school trip. One of my friends stayed in a room in which spiders and ants crawled out of the shower drain. I found bed bug bites up and down my legs. The breakfast and dinner were both terrible unless you consider salt an acceptable seasoning. The management was very rude if we tried to bring up air conditioning issues as well.
