Reviewed By cristachecriFirst of all, I want to tell you, modestly, that I have been coming to these places for 20 years, alternating between Sf. Gheorghe and Sulina. In Sf. Gheorghe I stayed at the locals, camping, Green Village Resort and in Sulina at several guesthouses located on the seafront. This year I chose the Green Cofee House pension located very close to the beach in Sulina. This pension met all the requirements I wanted. The rooms are very clean and all the details are ok, the breakfast is quite varied and the terrace in front of the pension is perfect for dining, drinking a beer or a coffee. All in all this pension in my opinion is a good choice for a successful stay in Sulina. Last but not least, I want to mention Iulian, the one who manages this pension, for the absolutely delicious fish and meat dishes that he served us in the evening at our request. So for sure if I have another chance I will come back here.

Reviewed By simonajustmeThe accommodation was great - big rooms but not all of them have balcony! Free coffee and water, very clean, a bidet in the bathroom would be great. I appreciated the variety of food at breakfast. In general very kind personnel, with one exception one morning when I required a 2nd cappuccino and a lady showed me with a kind of criticism the coffee machine that I didn’t noticed. The 1st one was served by a waiter. NO VEGETARIAN MILK. If you travel for business purposes the table in the room is quite low and not very comfortable. I strongly recommend,

Opened in August 2014, the resort is situated in the heart of the Danube Delta. We are offering a restaurant with terrace to the Danube, an outdoor pool with children's section and a pool bar, free WiFi access, sauna, jacuzzi and a garden. The whole location has the typical style of the Danube Delta, is charming, a real paradise, sourronded by beauty and peace. A lovely pool to relax with loungers. Best way to see Crisan - kayaking through the canals, one of the activity offered by Delta Boutique Guest House. The staff is totally friendly and does a great job.The restaurant is excellent, offers local tastes, food is delicious and reasonable prices. There is a special place outside,where is cooked fresh catch of the day! I would highley recommend Delta Boutique!

Reviewed By Patrick RLet me start by saying none of the major hotels in Tulcea deserve anything more than three stars, however this hotel is head and shoulders above the other in-town choices. (We left one of the other hotels in town because it was so dirty, and the air conditioning had failed in the entire hotel). Our Delta Hotel room was clean, and king bed was large and comfortable. However, the air conditioning was weak. We had to open the windows at night to cool off. Also, our bathroom sink was clogged. The best part of the Delta hotel was actually the restaurant overlooking the Danube. My large steak was cooked to perfection.

Good place for a one night stay before the trip to Delta.
Reviewed By Piotr PI stayed at this pension for the night before my photo tour to Delta. The room was OK. Breakfast modest. Wifi in the room was working without any issue. The payment in cash. Parking in the front was available. Close you can find the shop where you can buy basic food. If you need the place for the night before the further trip to Delta it is OK.

A nice hotel with a very friendly staff located in the city centre
Reviewed By mihairaduta21The hotel offers exactly the services of the 3 stars it has, but it compensates through the very friendly staff and especially through the fishing restaurant that has exceptional food.I warmly recommend besides the sturgeon fish soup - "Storceg" and house wine.

Great accomodation but poor restaurant
Reviewed By ciprianc2019We spent three days here and the rooms were very spacious, clean and nicely decorated with many traditional elements. The restaurant however needs improvement: very high prices, few dishes in the menu, poor breakfast. The staff was very friendly, but the expensive food made us eat somwhere else.

Reviewed By 556cristinaiThe place has an excellent location, exactly near the Danube river, the room is clean, small and cozy but the bed is not confortable at all. They accept company animals, that was a big plus since i also took my cat on the trip. Good food at the restaurant at good prices.

Too expensive for what you get

But there is no lift, the staff is kind of condescending, not friendly at all, breakfast leaves a lot to be desired and the room was just average. The night lamp did not work, no air conditioning. The bathroom looked old and neglected and it badly needed maintenance: the wash basin had a leaking pipe and I had to put a glass and towels to collect the water and avoid flooding.

Gorgeous Boutique hotel a short walk from the old centre
Reviewed By Charlie OWe were really surprised and delighted by this elegant, luxurious but minimalist hotel near the heart of Sfantu Georghe in Transylvania. We had a fantastic stay commencing with a welcome drink of artisan palinca and culminating in a gorgeous breakfast of fresh fruit, fresh olives, fresh orange juice, and freshly made bacon and fried eggs on local bread toast. Along the way we all had a great night’s sleep on very comfort memory foam mattresses, preceded by a power shower and loads of channels to surf on the big LCD. All in all I would give this place ten out of ten. It’s not ostentatious but quietly chic with all the comforts one hopes for but still rarely finds in Romanian hotels. And above all the service was exemplary. Congratulations to manager Istvan and his team for getting it completely right! ????
