Guest house, we welcome you at home in our 8 rooms, all large, clean, with bathroom, hot water, separate WC, double bed (king size) or twin, third systematic bed. Note: 2 suites (2 + 2) and a 'room of lovers' double bed without third bed. Half Board price : 475 DH by person and by day on double bed room basis. Air conditioning is reversible (hot / cold) and sheathed so discreet at all points of views). The evening meal, on reservation, uses recipes from all over Morocco, selected and adapted to every taste by Bernadette and our cook Ahmed. Customers often appreciate the host table, friendly and festive, facilitating the exchange of experiences. Depending on the time and season, meals and breakfasts will be served indoors, on one of 3 terraces or beside the pool.

There is so much to do and visit in the area ! the hotel is really of superior quality with very large and agreable rooms. Superbly decorated. the restaurant is also exceptional. Certainly the place to stop for one or two nights.

Directions pour arriver a la maison Tigmi Ozro Pour arriver a la Maison Tigmi Ozro, allez dans le centre de Tafraout et reperez la Poste SUR VOTRE DROITE. Continuez a avancer le long trottoir de la Poste jusqu'au restaurant "Agadir" et juste apres la pharmacie "Almassira" Prenez la rue a droite a l'angle de la pharmacie. Passez devant la banque BMCE (au fond sur votre gauche) et le restaurant "Hotel Saint Antoine" et continuez tout droit jusqu'a la premiere rue a gauche (apres un grand batiment avec des anneaux olympiques sur le fronton). Prenez cette rue a gauche. Continuez tout droit dans cette rue sur 400 m jusqu'a un petit parking sur votre droite. Le parking se trouve devant le Musee de la Resistance. Notre maison est a droite du Musee, juste avant le parking. Bienvenue ! Directions to arrive at maison Tigmi Ozro To reach the House Tigmi Ozro, go to the center of Tafraout and locate the Post office ON YOUR RIGHT. Keep going along the sidewalk of the Post office to restaurant "Agadir" and just after the pharmacy "Almassira" Take the street on the right at the corner of the pharmacy. Skip the BMCE Bank (background on your left) and restaurant "Hotel Saint Antoine" and continue straight until the first left (after a big building with the Olympic rings on the front). Take the road on the left. Continue straight on this street for 400 m to a small parking lot on your right. Parking in front of the Resistance Museum. Our house is right of the Museum, just before the parking. Welcome!
Great place to stay with amazing hostess
Reviewed By ise23A beautiful place to stay - simple, yet very comfortable. Bouchra is an incredibly welcoming, warm-hearted and joyful host. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs, give us tips for hikes and things to do (she shares a great guide book on hikes and scrambles), provide packed lunch, and generally made us feel at home. The house is 5mins walk from the centre - and therefore very quiet and peaceful. Tafraoute is the perfect base to explore the stunning countryside all around. We never had a guide, and getting lost is part of the fun - just make sure you’re happy to backtrack if it comes to it. We always found great round trips though. You can always find some higher ground to get your bearings. Walking from Napoleon’s hat to the blue stones is great, particularly if you climb up / down many boulders on the way (you can park in the village).

Disappointing, no hot water, total apathy of the staff
Reviewed By 70avaWe read the great reviews and were looking forward to staying at the hotel. Rooms are quite nice, although it seems not many travelers stay here. At night there was no hot water, though we specifically confirmed in advance. They did not even hesitate to admit that much, saying that the plumbing is to blame and it is going to be fixed the next day. Next day, same story. They promised in the morning there is definitely going to be hot water. In the evening when we arrived back, they notified us, without even a single word of regret, that there is no hot water and we are free to go if we wish. It was 8 pm. We speak the local languages, but figured out it was a waste of time. We packed our stuff and left. NOT RECOMNEDED AT ALL!!

The staff was friendly and helpful and the owner Liesbeth was fantastic and super helpful and had great knowledge of the area. The room was very Moroccan and extremely clean. The pool, bar and lounge area very relaxing too. I would recommend the hotel highly if you are visiting the area.

Lovely terrace for breakfast and relaxing, overlooking the town centre (which was pretty quiet for a town) Nice bed and attractive room.Happy to recommend and would stay again.

Reviewed By 71mathiasgWe had a very pleasant stay at the Afoulki Hotel! The hotel guy was very kind and always trying his best. The room was very clean, the bathrooms as well. I think its hard to find a hotel with a better price for such an offer. We would definitely stay there again! :)

Incredible hospitality in a superb setting
Reviewed By moksha99We had the amazing opportunity to stay with Ahmed and Fatima in early 2016, renting one of their apartments for several days. What a treat. From the beginning we were made to feel like family. Ahmed is so amicable and helpful, regaling us with interesting stories as well as providing great historical perspective on the local villages. And Fatima's warmth, coupled with delicious meals, immediately won over our hearts and stomachs.Our only regret was having to leave when we did. Looking forward to our next, hopefully longer stay.

The view of Tafraout from the pool deck was really cool. Highly recommend! Also, the driveway is great for hill repeats if you are a runner and want to get in shape for an upcoming race haha.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of Tafraout and is a 5 minute walk into the town centre. My room was very nicely furnished and the bed very comfortable (nice to have a duvet instead of the heavy blankets that are traditional in Moroccan Hotels). All of the rooms are individually furnished and quite quirky, which I loved!!! The terrace on the first floor is a great place for relaxing in the sun. There's also a large cafe area on the ground floor. Ahmed (Manager/Receptionist) is extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He helped make my stay there extremely enjoyable - always very pleasant and polite and happy to sit in the reception area talking about Tafraout, surrounding areas and places to visit. As a Solo Traveller these interactions make such a difference. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.
