The Guesthouse is right in the center of Saint George only a few steps away of the town's institutions and most of the pubs and restaurants. After arrival you don't have to drive to find a nice place to relax or to taste the local cuisine. Everything is at your hand, around us. We belie that flexibility and constant development is mostly valued feature of our business. Tourists are GUESTS and they should be treated with respect. At the Ferdinand guesthouse we also serve breakfast where local products and self made things make up the spine of the day's main meal.
The only good thing about this place is the location and A/C
Reviewed By evaildiWe stayed for 11 days in July 2021. There is no pride of ownership, they don't even try. We had to ask for extra pillows and hangers. Bring your toiletries, because there's no soap to wash your hands, no shampoo, the dispensers are empty. We had to ask for toilet paper when it ran out. They don't clean the rooms, change the towels while you are there. The rooms are sparse. The water tank broke and after they fixed it, the toilet was leaking water all over the floor. Breakfast is included, but it's not kept warm, it's buffet style, so you better get there first thing. The only thing going for it is the central location, and some rooms have air conditioning.

A nice place to relax
Reviewed By crisss2009It is situated in a nice location next to a forest and has many facilities for relaxation. It has a small spa with three small pools with different types of water. One was with warm water you you could simply relax, one was with cold water and a third one was with warm salted water brought from the Praid region. We had access to the spa included in the reservation and they also gave us towels and bathrobes to use them there. Besides this it has a park in the front hotel yard where you can walk and admire some trees and flowers planted there. You can do this also by sitting on one of the benches they have there. Another option is to walk in a private park that has a wall around it and that takes you a bit in the forest. In this park also exist benches where you can relax and admire nature or a nice wooden statue of a bear. There is a grilling area with fine grass in front of this second park, area that I assume can be used if you do a team building.

Reviewed By 837ioanaiA beautiful, clean, spacious guesthouse. Excellent good food. They say there is a sauna and heated pool. The pool water was very cold and the sauna non-existent. The attitude and superiority of the owner are the reasons why this location does not deserve even a star and I would not recommend it. As a bonus come the gratuitous evils, insults and high tone of the owner, who spoiled our good mood throughout our stay

Blue doors, blue furniture traditionally hand painted.Free parking available in hotel's own yard. WIFI, tasty breakfast and good value for money.Being situated on a one-way street, road signaling of the hotel can be improved.

Reviewed By 784katalinvWe spent 3 nights at the Isabella Boutique Hotel and I have to say they exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Our room was beautifully designed (it reminded me of Scandinavian design). I saw at first sight that they pay a lot of attention to details and cleanliness. Breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL (they try to make everything from local ingredients and with a bit of twist - if you are a gourmet you will love their breakfast). The staff is very friendly and going above and beyond to fulfill all your wishes. (Our work laptop has some issues, and the manager immediately called her IT-friend to help us out) And last but not least, location is perfect - only 2 minutes walk from the city center of Sfantu Gheorghe. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

Reviewed By Irynuka_29Probably the best seafood I've ever had is right here! And I'm not saying just in Romania! It's all fresh, the portions are quite large and the prices aren't too high. I enjoyed eating here and for sure I would recommend it to someone visiting Sfantu Gheorghe!
