Reviewed By MartyMellGood hotel. It has a pool and a lounge area. Breakfast is ok, there is not a great variety of items, but it is good. It is hard to get some Pao de Queijo, maybe they should make more. The room is good, good size. The bed has a good size and is comfortable. They have a minibar (empty). The bathroom is a little small, but the water pressure is good and it has a good temperature. The great problem of this hotel is that it is VERY noisy. You can hear everything that is happening outside or in the room above you. We are also not able to close the door slowly (because of its system) so you allways make noise. I was there, and on a Saturday morning, at 6 am the guest in the room above me, started making so much noise that he woke me, my husband and daughter up. I went to the front desk to complain. The guy said he was going to talk to the guest and also told me the guest was staying the next night (I was going to stay too). I asked if we could change rooms, and he said there were only rooms in other category available, but he would talk to the manager as soon as she arrived. He did talk to her, cause I saw him doing it, she never talked to me, and seem to be mad at me every time I went by the front desk because I complained. Of course, in the next morning, the guest woke us up with noise again!

Bugs, bugs, bugs
Reviewed By Brian DLet me begin by saying the area is beautiful and we clearly know that in small cities the selection is limited. Yet, we didn't see why this hotel was so outdated. The staff was friendly. Our room -even with windows closed--was overrun with bugs. The walls were literally covered in bugs when we returned to the room. We were moved after having to make it clear that the offer to spray the room with bug spray was not an acceptable solution The rooms reminded me of small university dorm room. Quite outdated and here in the USA would be equivalent to a cheap roadside hotel for 39.99/night. Be prepared if you go for the smaller rooms that two people will run into one another. The bathroom was one of the worst I've ever encountered and the towels cheap. The bathroom window couldn't be sealed so we constantly worried about bugs invading this room as well. It was so outdated that it just didn't feel clean. The daily breakfast was OK and appreciated. Pool- a welcome site albeit be prepared for lots of mosquitos. Next time we're through the area we'll stay elsewhere.

Reviewed By DisneiVO Jose Neto e sua família são proprietários dessa área e tiveram a ideia de transforma la em uma pousada familiar. São 10 suítes tendo mais uma a caminho, em breve serão 11. Todas confortáveis, amplas, arejadas e novas. Há uma pequena copa em cada uma, na pousada tem o salão para o café da manhã e ainda os hospedes dispõem de um espaço gourmet com churrasqueira e fogão, totalmente equipada para uso, ficando em frente da piscina e o solarium.. Portanto se quiser fazer um churrasco, fique a vontade. As crianças ainda poderão ser divertir com alguns animais que circulam pelo local. Todos são muitos atenciosos e atentos ao bem estar dos hospedes.

O hostel é limpo, o quarto que ficamos na parte superior, é bem arejado, colchões confortáveis, suíte com chuveiro bem quentinho, roupas de cama impecáveis, não tivemos problemas com barulhos. Optamos pela diária com café da manhã incluso e, foi ótimo, a Maristela nos deu opção de escolher o horário que gostaríamos de ser servidos e foi pontual, excelente café de mãe rs (pão, pres/queijo, geléia, bolo, suco, leite, café, fruta). Ambiente familiar, a Maristela e seu esposo Silvan, foram muito receptivos, nos deram varias dicas de passeios, locais para refeições, nos deixaram a vontade fazendo sentir como se fôssemos da família. Eu recomendo e, pretendo voltar mais vezes.
