It was one of the best dishes I have served in a long time. I can wholeheartly recommend it to anyone. The front desk needs training the don’t know how to make a checkin in the system . And takes for ever …
Reviewed By maribaldrescaMy experience was horrible. I arrived at the hotel at 2 pm and it took 1h 15 minutes for the receptionist do what he needed to do, to check us in . ( no lines only us) Only 2 rooms were ready and the other would be ready at 3pm ( the time of checkin) I payed for the 3 rooms in advance a good amount of money. I went to have lunch and when I returned at 4 pm went to the front desk to get the key of the room that wasn’t ready . Guess what ? the receptionist told me none of the room the checkin was made ( all of our luggages were in the room already) ( they could of given the room to other guest with our stuff in side ) my room wasn’t ready the recepcionist had never asked the house keeping to priorize . ) I asked for a Nota fiscal of what I had paid and never received it… ) I was really worried .. I had to make a scene so they could get me a room I had payed already.

Close restaurants where you can enjoy during the day and night, you have the option to choose between lot of cuisine as you have Mexican, kind of English pub style nearby and Japanese and Lebanese, all located in walk distance by the street side of the hotel(Rua Tolentino Filgueiras) you will find all there. Well worth it!

Also good leisure area for be quiet and read a book , etc. The breakfast is really good !! Bourbon Santos is 100% approves by me and my family.

Excellent option on Gonzaga Beach, Santos

Also provides easy access to the main roads leading to other beaches such as those off the North Coast (~1.5h away). Only downside is the parking, which is a separate company from the hotel. It is a valet parking, so it can be quite time consuming during peak hours such as ~9AM, when the guests at both Ibis and Mercure are leaving to the beach. Waiting time to pay for the parking and receiving your car can easily reach 30min.

Reviewed By rodrigo rI just spent one night at this hotel and only have the opportunity to avaliate the room, because have to leave in the morning before breakfast was avaliable (after 6 AM). The room that I stayed was a small room (when compared to hotel in similar category), but it was clean with modern furniture and the bathroom was well equiped (alth. ough, also small). The staff was friendly but did not offer an option for an alternate breakfast when I was leaving at 5:30 AM.
