Much better, for the same or lower cost
Reviewed By DavidWGrantMy Wife and I love Sangkhla Buri, and we love the Phu Chom Mork too. This hotel is the same, or less in price than others we have inspected (Kingfisher, Magmai, etc.), and better too. The location is quieter, parking is easy (no small thing around here!) the layout is broad and open, while the rooms form an intimate courtyard of sorts. The trees have not quite grown in to proportionate size, as the place is relatively new, but one day soon it will be a shady retreat, thanks to great design and landscaping. The rooms are big, clean, bright, with great bathrooms, and great wifi. The staff is accommodating and up beat, full of information, ready to upgrade whenever they can, and just plain happy to work there. Food is top notch too. in the right seasons, you even get mist in the morning, a hit from your spacious balcony or patio. There is an enormous parking lot, which night forecast busses, but Sangkhla Buri is not a tourist bus town yet, and in any case the main parking lot is a ways from the rooms, with mini lots nearer. We parked right next to the room and had a lovely time. Highly recommended versus other options

Nice resort with lake
Reviewed By Jean- MWe were the only guests in August to go there. We stayed 2 nights in a lagoon villa, and the hotel is quiet and nice view to the lake ! Few people of the staff speak english, sometime it's difficult to understand, but they do their best and propose good services. The hotel propose zip lines, buggy, quad, canoe, bikes... and it's nice !

Reviewed By tzraikLove Bridge House Resort is in a great location only 500 meter or so from Mon Bridge with great views of the lake. But you can not see the bridge itself. My room was on the smaller side in size very nicely decorated with comfortable bed, fridge, TV, and free wifi of ok speed. The bathroom was ok. The surprise to me was how small the windows are when the room has great views. The free breakfast was good with 3 choices of breakfast types. The service was good, and the staff was friendly. They have a free parking lot that can accommodate roughly 5 cars or so.

Reviewed By numptydiverGreat little hotel with stunning views over the river and one of the bridges, the rooms are a little dated but great value clean and bright, we stayed in 212, perfect, the staff where typical Thai, always smiling always trying to be helpful, only had 3 days wish it was 3 months loved it that much, ps breakfast is well let’s say breakfast, I had fried eggs and toast 3 days in a row lol, Juice and coffee ok,

Excellent Stay
Reviewed By BounceMonsterWe stayed here for two nights with our toddler son and I have nothing but positive things to say about Kingfisher. Our room was clean and lovely with a little balcony on the second floor. We appreciated the larger size fridge and shelf space. Breakfast was served al fresco on the main porch, basic foods but very tasty. They made fried eggs to order and had a few local options - the rice porridge and samosas were amazing! Our son LOVED the play area and the toys available. The staff was very helpful; the one gentleman made some lunch suggestions that were great, and organized a boat tour for us. Sangkhlaburi is quite a distance from Bangkok but I would happily stay here again if we return.

Charming stay !!
Reviewed By joyj31225I was spent 3 nights in this charming hostel on my holiday last weekday , such a great stay. I bookd one bed in female dorm have four bedroom, very lucky no one was there so I was stay only one this this dorm , it seem to be a good time to take a break to avoid the chaos in the capital city. Lovely design i loved it. Staff was friendly (short hair women) . Location is a heart of down town where is nearby public transportation, local market, convinience store, drug store, local restaurant , etc., but if you want to go to wooden bridge it takes 1 km to get there., easy can walk or hire motobike. Facities and room were common as the hostel standard ., well equipped. Overall of my trip in Sangkla was very wonderful, if I have a chance in the future I will come back again.

Reviewed By Majdhid MNous avons logé dans cette guesthouse endroit magnifique...maison flottante cadre magnifique avec vue sur le MON Bridge chambre correct (nous on avait un fûton 2 personnes plus 2 ventilateurs...le prix est raisonnable mais le seul hic dans notre petit séjour c'est que très régulièrement les compresseurs nous réveil( ça fait un bruit d'enfer surtout la nuit avec le silence qui as autour...)mieux vaut avoir un sommeil lourd ou que vous prévoyez de vous lever de bonne heure... malgré cela pour une courte durée je recommande cette établissement que moi même je retournerai lors d'un prochain séjour
