Reviewed By GarangooI can tell you that is not a five start hotel. Could be 4 starts. Pool and jacuzzi outside. Too cold to enjoy and cleaning not well enough. Room is not confortable, even junior suite, bathroom too small.

Reviewed By Lpa55We stayed for a week, went there for a birthday and also visited several places around, beautiful weather great people, loved it, our hotel HG was fantastic!! Very clean, new and great crew, The front desk crew was so helpful, they went out of there way every time.

Reviewed By cruiserjmNice clean hotel, very central location. Room was basic but clean. Flatscreen, WiFi,good shower, and hot water. Staff were very helpful. Just around the corner from the bus station. So cabs, and busses are easy to get.

Absolutely gorgeous property, super quiet with stunning nature surroundings and extremely friendly and helpful staff members. It is 20min ride from Jose Maria Cordova airport. If you visit Rionegro or just connecting, highly recommended.

Reviewed By DhvallenOur room had black mold, the hotel response to our concern was very “ casual” and condescending . The rooms are dated, linens look old, pictures on website doesn’t correspond to the actual rooms. The pool area and restaurant are nice, the buffet is good.

Overpriced
Reviewed By xrayvisionStayed here the night before I left Medellin because I wanted to be closer to the airport, but in all honesty, my hotel was way nicer, quieter, and included free breakfast buffet in Medellin. The Hostal El Hanger was more money, no free breakfast, the internet was slow and the location is SO noisy. Obviously there’s the airport noise, but this place is located along a busy highway, and in between a gas station and a restaurant. Plus the washrooms for the gas station is next to the rooms, and the restaurant pumps loud music outside. With the airport bus that leaves Medellin every 15 minutes, and the new tunnel open now, you are at the airport in less than half an hour, for $3. There really is no reason to stay in these tin box rooms and get no sleep
