Reviewed By Fedorenko2014Despite our emails and multiple phone calls, we did not receive our money back following the cancellation of our stay in February 2021 (cancellation respecting the rules defined in the general conditions of the hotel). 7 months we wait for our money. The hotel promised to refund the money, but in reality, they are playing a game and lying to us. We want our money back Our next stay in Ried Im Oberintal will not be at this hotel . They are not honest and do not respect their customers.

Reviewed By Bob MThe room was so small, we couldn't stand to take a shower. When complaining to the manager we have been told that hotels were more expensive in our country. He became kind of aggressive afterwards. The price they quote us upon arrival was per person not for two, even that was obvious we were a couple. Avoid!

Reviewed By miloue97We have spent a week with 15 persons at Rieder Stub'n for our skiing holiday. It was in one word fantastic! The personnel is very friendly and flexible. They are extremely hospitable.The food is amazing just like the breakfast. Especially the sandwiches were delicious. The rooms are nice, I never had such a good shower in my room. The apmoshpere in the gasthof is typical austrian, perfect to enjoy a austrian skiing holiday. There is a special room for ski gear and the ski bus stops just in front of the gasthof. It's only a short distance to sefaus-fiss-ladis. The value you get for your money is great. This place is highly recommendable. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Reviewed By FamVOostWe have been here many times and it almost feels like home. The friendly staff does everything to make you feel comfortable. The food is delicious and fresh with lots of choice. You won’t go home hungry!! The rooms are very clean and recently beautifully renovated (although I also liked the “old” style :-)). There are lots of things to do in the hotel (outside and inside swimmingpool, wellness, tennis, mini golf, large garden and playgrounds for children), but also in the environment (many beautiful walks, canyoning, biking, ...). Our youngest daughter (15) even had a few tears when we left because “it was such a great vacation and she didn’t want to leave...” :-)

Reviewed By execpilot8138I stayed here with 7 of my students as part of a two day ski event celebrating the conclusion of their studies at Aalen University. Upfront, we had two amazing days of skiing in SerfausFissLadis. - This is a very nice boutique hotel in Ried. Access to SerfausFissLadis is easy by free ski shuttle in the morning, 3 minute walk from the hotel. On day 2 I drove with my car to Waldbahn Fiss parking area which is free of charge and also great. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly. Check-In was outstanding. I had a remodeled room which is very nice and absolutely state of the art. The bathroom is modern with a „chalet“ twist at the same time. The hotel has an unusually nice Spa area considering the size of the hotel … the outside sauna is exceptionally nice and we had two great „Aufguss“-sessions there. Breakfast buffet has a wide offering, fresh eggs, hard and soft boild at the same time great Müesli. The evening food, which was included in my room deal, is equally nice. All in all a great hotel on the outskirts of SerfausFissLadis with very easy access (by bus or car) to the ski resort

Reviewed By Martijn SSo many aspects of this well run little family guesthouse are up to par: beautiful spacious room, really good bed, squeaky clean ensuite , exuberant breakfast and loads of space around the building. To top it all off: the level of service is exquisite in this range, ever so friendly. Ried itself is an ideal starting point for exploring these beautiful parts of Tirol.

Reviewed By krnbyThe only positive point about this campsite = geographical location. Overcrowded campsite, tiny pitches, one on top of the other. It seems that the only thing that matters for the owners is profitability at the expense of what is pleasant for the campers, namely space, calm, ... No outdoor playground, too bad for a campsite. Only one toilet block at the entrance of the campsite, relatively far away if you are placed at the end of the campsite. In short, I came, I will never come back.

Reviewed By christ02016Having organised trips for my friends and I for the last 6 years skiing we thought it was time to try Austria.. usually we would avoid a ski bus commute but I have to say the trip and free bus from Ried to Serfaus is soooo easy and relaxed that it would be madness to pay Serfaus prices when you can be in a beautiful village with Outstanding accommodation. We had 3 apartments, all were fully (very) equipped and beautifully clean, spacious and communication with the owners was super easy and very, very friendly.. We are a picky bunch but to conclude... we had booked our second year before we had left ! Don’t hesitate, these apartments have been some of the best and highest standard accommodation I have arranged in years ... superb !

Reviewed By berrypeggybodBest appartement ever. Beautiful, so much wood in the house, everything “home”made. They have also rooms available. There is a fantastic sauna in the house and a playroom for the children. Very friendly owners. Nice village, with some restaurants, a good baker, butcher and grocery store. Lots of things to do in summier and winter. In winter there is a bus that brings you to the skipistes, in summier you can go to the natural swimmingpool at the end of the village. Nice to walk the surroundings and beautiful views everywhere. Lots of places to visit
