Best Stay Ever!

Reviewed By Siphokuhle Chri... J

I have stayed at many few hotels around the world, but this place will forever hold a special place in my heart. This year started not so well for me and I'm still trying to get back up, I think part of that was my stay in this place not only did it lift my soul but also showed me the brighter side of things. The remarkable stuff, their general manager, marketing manger, greeter and head chef are top tier, such amazing people. They were so friendly and helpful that I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. Oh, the food was so excellent and the hotel location is even more exception. Will definitely be going back for a longer stay and I'm sure it will be like returning home.

Good value

Lovely Hotel

Reviewed By L524BZkatiec

The photos and reviews of this hotel convinced us we would get a five-star experience, and the Boardwalk did not disappoint. We received superb service from the entire staff - front desk, lobby lounge, room service, spa (although I believe the spa is separate ownership), and restaurant. They went the extra mile more than once (availability of room, luggage storage, local transportation, recommendation of local restaurants, etc.) to accommodate our needs and ensure our pleasant stay. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, modern bath, beautiful ocean views. We stayed two different nights with a week in between because of travels to/from Jeffrey's Bay, and the staff treated us with the same consistent hospitable manner both stays, regularly exceeding expectations. We only wished we could stay a bit longer.
