Reviewed By Wadena MFirst time at this hotel and we were very satisfied with the room. For a family of five it's not easy to find a hotel with a room to fit us at a reasonable price. This family room that sleeps five is on the 8th floor. It's a 2 room suite with a private bathroom/shower. One room has 2 twin beds with a TV and the other room has a king bed, 1 twin bed and flat screen TV. Each room had it's own air conditioner. There is also a mini fridge stocked with drinks and snacks for an extra fee. It was quiet and we rested well. There is a heated indoor pool that we enjoyed as well. We had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel and liked some of it but not all. We were told the Caesar salad would feed 2 people but we're disappointed when it came in a regular salad bowl, very small for the price. The tortilla (which had no tortillas) was good but is an omelet with onions and potatoes served with a seasoned flat bread. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety from breads, meats and cheeses to fresh fruits and juices, eggs, cereals, yogurts and so much more. We will definitely be booking this hotel again.

Reviewed By level30kEverything was as expected and even better during my stay, the hotel is strategically located on the border to Paraguay, with the famous China Shopping in walking distance (about 7 minutes), very close to the airport and close to the bus terminal. All the staff is very helpful and nice , specially Mr. Gustavo (the hotel manager) and Ms. Mirna (reception). Rooms are well maintained and clean, with basic but very well organized and smart furniture. The only things that could be better are the acoustic insulation of the doors (you can hear clearly what happens in the hallway) , but this is a common thing in most hotels in Brazil and South America and the other thing is the choice of TV channels which is limited and the image is not very clear. Breakfast it good with a reasonable choice of food and is served in the bright breaks fast room in front of the reception where there is also a small bar which features reasonably priced drinks and food. Wi-Fi is stable and available in all parts of the property. If you come by car the parking is complimentary. For sure this hotel is the number one choice in Ponta Pora!

My wife, two daughters & I have visited Ponta Porã countless times and after staying at Herval Park Hotel we will always stay here from now on. We stayed in a Luxo Triplo room which was excellent in all ways, the shower was the best i have experienced in Brasil. The breakfast was also outstanding and the kids playground was enjoyed by our kids for hours.

Boa estadia, porém não agradável no checkout
Reviewed By Anderson12souzaO quarto muito bom super limpo cheiroso, porém no outro dia não foi muito agradável com a atendente parecia que queria que fosse embora o mais rápido possível isso foi bem desagradável já fiquei em vários hotéis isso nunca me aconteceu. Precisa mais de treinamento profissional de como tratar os hóspede nota zero para atendimento do checkout, não fico mais nesse hotel.
