Reviewed By AmelixexBardzo dużo pokoi, niestety jest tam bardzo ciasno i wszystko wygląda na zaniedbane, natomiast z drugiej strony można dojść szybko do morza. Jedzenie jest tam dobre, nie ma co narzekać :) Jedynie tylko nocleg :(

Great unique amenities like a freshly built/renovated pool, salt cave, gym room or dedicated kids areas let you relax in a stress-free environment. Families with kids and solo tourist do not interfere with each other which is unfortunately not very common in other places. I will definitely try to spend my next holidays in Paradiso Park, cannot recommend it enough!

The guest house stands out because of its very good opinions – the previous guests appreciate not only its standard and location, but also a nice temper of the owners and attractive prices

Total lack of customer service from the management but great restraunt
Reviewed By O391OBstefaniehThe first time my sister, mum, and I visited Wy&Spa about 5 years ago we had a fantastic time. Last weekend we came back for what was meant to be a long needed retreat. What we got, however, was a trip to the hospital, a freezing spa, wrongly communicated spa timings, and a total lack of interest/presence of the hotel management to give guidance or at least take a stand to any of these problems - the owners live right next door by the way. Apart from the great restaurant and security staff, who were polite, timely, helping and asking if we were OK, no one was interested in the slightest in my mum who fell over a big tree trunk in a non-lit area of the only path that is leading from one part of the hotel to the other one which is where we stayed. The trunk wasn't lit or highlighted or fenced. It was just cut off and left there. The uneven stone paving behind hit and a pitch black evening resulted in 4 stitches in my mum's face. The only help we got from the owner was an expensive (400 zloty) taxi trip that we had to pay. There was no interest from the manager/owner or receptionist, no how are you, no kind words, no presence, nothing. To the contrary, when I asked for a plaster or gauze for my mum the next morning, I was told off to go to the pharmacy. Which was closed at the time (which they forgot to tell me). Apparently they didn't have a first aid kit anywhere on the premises. Which was not only untrue as the security staff gave us access to one the previous night just after the accident; not having one at the reception/hotel/restaurant would have been downward illegal. On top of it, I'm wondering what the combination of the following means (open to your interpretation): We weren't asked to check in properly with the usual passport copying etc., weren't asked to sign any insurance papers after the accident, we were ignored by the owners other than organising a taxi, the house seemed to be fully occupied in this time of COVID-19 regulations. But I'm sure it doesn't mean anything else than an incredibly lack of professional customer service from the hotel and Spa. The restaurant and its staff, again, was great however!

New Year Break in Poland
Reviewed By SomeLikeitHot50Booked a 5 night break on full board basis at Bagiñsky Spa in Pobierowo on the Baltic coast. Whilst this is a very busy holiday area in the summer months for Polish nationals the area is very quiet at this time of year with almost all the shops and restaurants closed. However, we were very pleased with the hotel, the standard of the rooms, the facilities in the hotel and especially the standard of the food in the restaurant. The pool, sauna, steam room and fitness studio were all great with very few guests using them at the time. Also, the cost of all the Spa treatments were unbelievably cheap at one third the normal cost in the UK. The walks along the miles of golden sand beached are stunning and the beaches are spotlessly clean. All in all, we were very impressed with the Spa Hotel, the beaches and the total cost of the package was a real bargain. Definitely would recommend for a short break but use of a car is really necessary.
