Reviewed By homie123Arrived to a miserable attendant who we later found out to be the manager. Rooms : spider webs, mosquitoes splattered on almost each wall, Refrigerator smelled stale. Badly stale. No A/C on the lower floor. Cleaners with wooden character. Stayed 2 out of the 4 days we paid for and moved to hotel Rostov in the centre; 2 lv more expensive per night but what a difference. Just the attitude of the staff would have made a massive difference. Breakfast as bland as you get. White roll with Ham, cheese and cucumber. Really disappointed! They only have to work on a couple of things, and it can make all the difference.

Amazing food.
Reviewed By Swetlio MI don't know what happened since my last visit, but now the chef is a wizard. Everything I tasted was amazing. The service was great. The only downside is my room didn't have an ac unit but at night being in a park the temperatures drop drastically so everything is ok.

Pleasant country hotel, 10-15 minutes drive from Pleven
Reviewed By Natasha HWe stayed here a week and had a very nice corner room, with two balconies and excellent wifi. Our stay was quiet and peaceful, except the first night when we were warned there would be a party. Nobody cleaned our room during the week, but as very few staff could speak English we didn't bother to find out whether this was normal. The restaurant had a reasonable selection and the pool looked nice, though too cold to swim while we were there. Overall, seemed very good value compared to prices for Pleven city centre.

Bad Hotel - Rude Staff and Management
Reviewed By 937nareshsThe hotel staff is very rude. Most of them do not understand English and Manager (Vasi) says guest should understand and speak Bulgarian. Clearly they do not want foreign guests in Hotel. Wifi is worst and can not connect ever. Room are not clean, phone does work in room, Manager does not take action on complaint and does not listen also to guests concerns. Breakfast was dry, stale and rubbish. Will not recommend for anyone to stay in the hotel

Reviewed By Lyubomir IGreat location. Very dark rooms and the bathroom looks awful. If you are in a room facing the main street it's very noisy. It looks like the hotel was good a few years before. Only 10 TV channels. Lack of parking spaces.

Simple and small room, but good location, bed, clean, and worth the money!
Reviewed By Erwin vLocated in a quiet street directly adjacent to the city center, this is a good spot. Check-in was okay, the man does not speak English well, but this was not a problem. I got one of the basement rooms, which are small and basic but good. You can make use of a well-equipped kitchen, inclusing a washing machine incl detergent. The garden has a terrace with more than enough chairs to sit and smoke. Good place and worth the money.

Reviewed By PetDimThis is a big building poorly constructed during socialist years. The new private owners did renovations in a strange way. Lobby - poor service from untrained ladies. Very slow. Elevators - slow, on busy hours you wait, after that you get in in a crowded cabin. Stops on every floor with poor management of up and down directions. Internet- accessible when available. Often drops and is missing. Room does not have enough sockets and they put an additional extension - see the picture. Behind my bed there was external cabling. Very strange decision for a hotel. Breakfast- better miss it. Poor selection, low quality of food. If you need 1 night stay it is OK. You can compromise.
