Reviewed By herodotus284A truly amazing hotel which whilst set in the heart of Perast is a little oasis of quiet and tranquillity from all of the hustle and bustle going on outside. A great base from which to venture out to all of the interesting sights that Perast has to offer. The quality of service is the superb. It is a very personalised service and you are made to feel very welcome and special. Nothing is too much trouble. Incredibly this level of service was evident in every member of the team that we met during our stay. If you are looking for a base to explore the surrounding area, enjoy Perast and what it has to offer or just looking for a Spa Break the Heritage Grand should be at the very top of your list to chose from because it is superb. Our room was excellent with a good sized bathroom and quiet. The breakfasts on the terrace was top class. Finally we would like to thank Eva for making our stay so memorable We will be back and we would strongly recommend to every one to experience at stay at the Heritage Grand.

Set by the sea and right on the main square in Perast, hotel Conte is situated in the former Home of Culture and is a protected heritage building. The Hotel features 34 elegantly decorated rooms and apartments located in the central and three annex buildings. Some apartments have private courtyards, separate entrances, outdoor Jacuzzi, and a swimming pool. The Hotel Restaurant is located on the waterfront, on the main town square and is specialized in fine traditional cuisine prepared with local ingredients. Reviewed By Christine4186We stayed in a beautiful building, in an apartment containing two double bedrooms, one of which opened onto a stone balcony with a breathtaking view of Kotor Bay. The other bedroom opened onto a small garden with olive tree and garden furniture. We were left complimentary homemade Perast cakes and bottled water on arrival. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. On arrival we were driven the short distance from the hotel to our 'home' for three nights in an electric buggy. Thankfully the young, fit driver carried our cases to the door. Normally we would carry our own but there were 86 stone steps to the front door. Necessary to know if you have mobility issues. Worth it for the view. All staff were highly professional. One who stood out as particularly professional with a great sense of humour was Sasha in the restaurant, a credit to the hotel. The food was gorgeous as stated in previous reviews and to eat in the Harbourside restaurant in the evening watching the sunset was memorable. Thank you.

Located in the heart of an ancient coastal settlement of Perast, apartments "Admiral" attract with warm, family atmosphere and sophisticated style. There are 5 apartments – each with living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, balcony and fully equipped (LCD TV, DVD, cable TV, air condition, free wi-fi, safe).

Reviewed By Romeo VBooked the apartment for two nights and then spent two hours searching for the place as the host hadn't answered the door or her phone. The place itself promised idyllic retreat with a terrace to ourselves yet the terrace had the owner's car parked on it and the actual apartment, our roof, was being renovated on - it had workmen on site the whole day. The spa was there but enough hot water up to the ankles - it was useless. So were the two aircon heaters which simply aren't adequate enough to warm the granite and rock surfaced floors. It was freezing and we ended up leaving after the first horror night. Despite promising a refund on the spot, Milica later backed out of this and we never saw our refund. Lastly, for a place that promises privacy, Milica knocks on the windows and comes around WAY TOO often. I cannot recommend enough for people to stay away from apartment Admiral.

Hotel Admiral has 7 double rooms, each with TV, DVD player, air condition, mini bar, wireless internet connection, safe deposit box, sea view. Hotel has restaurant with the amazing view of the Boka bay.

Reviewed By simonnikeWe had a wonderful stay at Monte Bay retreat. It really is a retreat. You have everything you need at a charming place. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The chef makes some amazing food. We had a few dinners out (thank you Sasha for the recommendation, reservations, and treats at the restaurants), but could have enjoyed all my meals here as there are many items on the menu I wanted to try. Breakfast is so good. Definitely try the banana bread! The bar and restaurant are only for the guests so it’s always a relaxing experience. The room is good sized. I loved the fun high tech touches - the rainbow lights in the shower and the toilet with many options. The bed was comfortable and the view from bed is hard to beat. The shower had one of the few rain shower heads that has great water pressure (and two other options). I appreciate the full size Rituals toiletries - good for the environment and easier for the consumer. ? The wood fired sauna is cute and felt great even after a hot day exploring the area. The pool is the perfect temp to cool off on a warm day - and the view of the bay! Monte Bay retreat is up above the main bayside street, but it’s about a 3 min walk (down a little hill and some steps) to get to many restaurants, shops, and boats to the island. You can also rent paddle boards & kayaks to explore the bay. Wi-Fi was good and worked throughout the property. They have vegetable gardens on property and future guests should get some tasty fresh produce. The villa itself is beautiful and well decorated. We were able to park our car at the top entrance (a few sets of stairs to get to the main building). I would definitely return to the Monte Bay Retreat for another relaxing stay in this beautiful area.

Reviewed By valdothebirdThis is very nice small hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. The view from the hotel terrace and rooms is magnificent. One can see the Boka Bay, which is beautiful. The food is also good and tasty. It is not far away from the see side in Perast.

My husband and I have just returned from a 4 night stay. From the very start , being collected at Tivat Airport by the best host ever Darko who gave us some insight on local places such as the Pirate Beach Club. On arrival we were greeted by the lovely Jelena who offered us the choice of two rooms. We picked room 101 as it had a partial view of the most picturesque scenery ever and I would highly recommend it. We had a beautifully appointed room /suite and the high quality bedding and towels were changed every day by the wonderful staff who paid great attention to detail even placing our shoes in a tidy manner. The suite had a lovely bathroom with great products. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air con was wonderful. There is a mini bar in the lounge area of the suite which we made some use of and was very reasonable. The hotel throughout is beautifully appointed and has been restored to a very high spec. So onto the service and staff. I cannot believe the previous negative reviews as we did not witness anything to find a negative quite on the contrary! The staff I will name who stood out were Darko, Jelana and Snezjana. Front of house staff at every opportunity asked if we were happy with everything and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great and the restaurant was beautiful. With good weather the outside restaurant is breath-taking. The staff were very friendly and helpful and food was amazing! The quaint and beautiful town of Perast is an outstanding landscape of beauty which I would highly recommend to put on your bucket list. This place was top class both hotel, staff and service and location. Do not give consideration to the negative reviews it says more about the reviewer than the reality of Leon Coronato. We are planning to return soon. Thank you Leon Coronato for the wonderful experience!

Palace Jelena is located in the Lucic-Kolovic-Matikola Palace, which is situated on the waterfront, in the western part of Perast. It was built in the second half of the 18th century, which is confirmed by an inscription on the main facade dating the structure to the year 1779. Palace Jelena consists of 4 double rooms which offer panoramic views of the bay. It`s original appearance and character have been carefully restored. Each room is equipped with high-quality handmade furniture. Standard equipment in the rooms: - Wi-Fi internet- air conditionding- balcony or sea view- plasma TV with cable connection- mini bar- bathroom with bath, hydromassage shower with sauna, jacuzzi- hair dryer.

Good hotel in a very central location
Reviewed By Alex SWe stayed for three nights in August at Hotel Perast, which is slightly set back from the road right in the heart of the village. The staff were super friendly and eager to help with recommendation/directions. Our room was simply furnished with a good sized, clean bathroom. The breakfast options are simple but tasty. However, the one lunch we ate here together with a group of friends was by common consent, absolutely superb. Such great seafood mains and very good starters and desserts. Furthermore it was served on the little covered terrace that juts out into the water. This was the best meal we ate in Perast. The benefit of the hotel's central location is the short walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and other attractions. However, the disadvantage of its central location, if you are coming by car, is that it's a fairly long walk to the car park at the perimeter of the village. Be aware that if you are coming by car, finding a space is also a challenge! Overall, for what we paid for our B&B stay, this is a great value hotel.

Great stay in a loverly apartment overlooking the bay
Reviewed By Milica WWe stayed in a two bedroom apartment in the building. It was very well equipped. AC worked great, as did everything else. The room has a beautiful, small balcony where you can sit and look over the water and people watch. It can accommodate 4 people. Decent restaurants in the area, though tourist prices. David and family are wonderful hosts and very accommodating. Parking is not possible at the apartment. Make sure you find a spot on either entrance. We had no issues finding a spot, however, it is very busy there in the tourist months and we probably just had exceptional luck on that front.
