Great food, friendly service
Reviewed By Dianka48The first impression of the hotel was great, the staff on the reception was very friendly, check in was fast. they gave us all the necessary information. We also received our welcome drink (a glass of Prosecco or fresh orange juice) from a nice bartender. The hotel is very modern, clean. We had a Superior room with a view of a garden with a small pond. Room was bigger than it looked on the pictures. Bed was very comfortable. We ate dinners and breakfast at the hotel. All of the personnel were very friendly and professional. Dinners were very special, food was interesting, unusual, healthy but very good. They also brought us fresh baked bread with butter before our starters. Portions were big. We were always full. We also loved the breakfast, there was fresh juice available, there was also hot chocolate. There was a great choice for breakfast: eggs, bacon, vegetables, baked beans, cheese, ham and lot of interesting spreads you could put on your bread or toast. There were also sweet choices, small pies, Nutella, yogurt, cereals, fruit. Wellness was very nice. The pool wasn't too big, but only 2 other people were there, when we were in the pool. For half an hour we even had the pool to ourselves. Were weren't visiting in high season, so maybe this helped. There were also unoccupied sunbeds. I recommend this hotel for a nice weekend. I was surprised how friendly everyone was and we had a great relaxing family weekend. We will definitely return as a couple next time.

Reviewed By LucyanNice, little wine hotel in the middle of Mikulov wine country. Walking distance to city center, Svaty Kopecek hike and all wineries and wine cellars. Hotel is small and quiet, staff was very friendly, included breakfast buffet that was very good. Rooms are nice and clean. Would stay again.

Good treat even of season
Reviewed By 303Lub0_MCan´t say a bad word. Even of season everything works as it should (quiet rare in Mikulov). Clean, easy going reception, good choice of new wines in common fridge. Good pancakes for kids for breakfast. Just do it. Not cheap anymore but...

If you are vegan stay away
Reviewed By wisniowkaRoom was realy average, corridors look like in a hostel. In wine bar there is no option to pay by card. I asked if I can pay in the reception, the answer was no. I was aked to go to ATM!? Breakfast starts from 8AM not much business guests oriented. There is nothing, absolutely nothing to eat for vegan on breakfast. No milk substitute, no butter substitute. some fruits and vegetables available, but no vegan protein. Only oats but without soya milk or yougurt how am I supposed to eat it? Poor experience.

Reviewed By TezzzieWe spent a weekend here and everybody took the best care of us. You don’t have to worry about anything. Stuff were amazingly friendly and the place is lovely to stay. We will visit the place again for sure!!

Excellent penzion with amazing hosts, courtyard, and kangaroos
Reviewed By Bumpkin79We stayed at Penzion Panorama and the end of September 2016 for a couple of days while touring around Mikulov and the region, and I'm so glad we did. The penzion was a bit of a walk outside the center (maybe 10-15 minutes) but was worth every step. The backyard was an excellent hangout area with a bar, picnic tables, a covered pool, and a mini zoo that had sheep, guinea pigs, the largest chinchillas i've ever seen, gerbils, rabbits, and kangaroos. The animals were obviously well loved by the husband-wife owners. After spending the day in town, my friend and I returned to the penzion and joined many of the other guests out back. The male owner was working the bar and pouring (very healthy pours) one of the best sauvignon blancs I've ever tasted. He would also bring around some shots of local flavored vodka every once in a while (on the house!). Every so often he would wander off to feed the sheep and rabbits and let them roam about the yard. He was happy and relaxed and you could tell he loved what he was doing very much; it certainly showed in the property and his generosity. We met some of the other guests and it was a great finish to the night. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and attractive, and the downstairs breakfast area was decorated like an old Prague beerhall. Mikulov was the highlight of our time in Czech Republic, and a large part of this was due to the friendly owners at this penzion.

Great apartment hotel with all amenities

The stay in Gulliver was perfect for us, the apartment contained everything that we needed, including a very well equipped kitchenette. The spacious outdoor area was very appreciated by us and our kids, as it had a playground, a barbeque with plenty of picknick tables, a trampoline, a tennis court, and even a beer tap! The location is a few minutes from the center of town with its many restaurants and shops. We would want to thank the host who was very friendly and provided us with many helpful local tips for children's activities. We will be very happy to return.
