Reviewed By marita1408The hotel rooms look completely different from what you see on the hotel website or on booking.com - they are small, furnished with old furniture and cheap carpets. The staff speaks only Czech which makes communication a true challenge... The advertised spa was not available during our stay (3 nights).

The worst holidays
Reviewed By 323kseniagWe've visited this hotel with little kids to have also wellness and relax for a couple of days and found out that they gave us the room in some other building we didn't even know about. That building is old, shabby, with dirty furniture from soviet times, just disgusting and unsafe for kids. After we had complained to them they moved us to the main building as they said to the "best" room, which is actually like a standard room, very tiny. For swimming pool inside you have to pay extra money. Swimming pool outside is so dirty that it's not possible to swim there. Kids room inside is also dirty and unsafe with a broken slide inside. The personnel is unfriendly and xenophobic. The only good thing there is breakfast. But I don't want to pay 5000 czk for one day and a half just for breakfast. Don't believe the photos on their site and better find some other hotel.

Weekend in a beautiful place
Reviewed By rekovacs13Overall a very good hotel in a beautiful setting. I really liked the fresh air and the quiet area. The room is nice and clean, and the bathroom has been renovated. Food is excellent. The only minor problem is that the staff doesn't speak english but they are very kind and helpful.

Stará a nová budova
Reviewed By Jiří KResort Na Horské tvoří dvě budovy: stará a nová. My jsme bydleli v nové budově (proto budu recenzovat jen hlavně tuto budovu). V nové budově je 8 pokojů a apartmánů. Pokoje jsou nově vybavené, moderní a vzdušné. Vstup do pokojů je na karty. My jsme bydleli v apartmá 6. Vše je funkční a nové (viz fotografie). V koupelně je sprcha, záchod , umyvadlo. Vše čisté a příjemné. Vybavení kuchyně: lednička, varná konvice, dřez, indukční varná deska. Spousta nádobí, lze bez problémů vařit. Součástí pokoje je TV (české programy). WIFI je funkční. Trochu divné mi přijde, že apartmá obsahuje pouze 1 pokoj na spaní se 4 lůžky. Ale lůžka mají kvalitní matrace, čisté povlečení. Příjemné spaní. K zamyšlení mi přijde, že v koupelně bylo jen 1 malé mýdlo (pro 4 osoby na 4 dny ?!?) Trochu zvláštní je taky vstup do budovy na přístupový kód; čísla si musíte zapamatovat, jinak se do pokoje nedostanete. Snídaně se podávají ve staré budově. Ta není rekonstruovaná, ale není to příliš na závadu. Snídaně jsou chutné, ale jinde jsem zažil i větší výběr jídla. Celkově příjemný pobyt v krásném prostředí.

Prodloužený víkend s rodinou
Reviewed By P5471CUrobertgNa Kazmarce jsme strávili 3 noci jako rodina se psem. Obsluha výborná a ochotná. Pokoj nový čistý a plně vybavený dle popisu. A co se týče jídla tak to taky patřilo k tomu nejlepšímu co jsme v Jeseníkách za tento víkend jedli. Snídaně byly klasické kontinentální, doplňované a chutné. Na večeře jsme chodili do hotelové restaurace a taky super. Ochutnali jsme kačenu, tvarůžkový tatarák, caesar salát, borůvkové knedlíky, hovězí guláš pizzu a nejlepší byl telecí řízek :) Vše chutné. Kazmarku určitě doporučuji.

Reviewed By HavlickovaJitkaThe cottage, Švýcárna, is much higher than Figura Hotel, but it belongs to the same family. It actually does not need much advertisement. It is excellent. e.g. During lunch time, the queue stands all the way out of the building. They cook very well. It is a popular place to stop by as you cross country ski upon the Praděd mountain.

Super a malymi nedostatky
Reviewed By Discover38629329749Ubytovani je fantasticke, bazen skvely, vyziti pro deti super i pro dospela je dostatek moznosti co v arealu delat. Jedine co muzu vytknou je slabe wifi pokryti coz nam zpusobovalo problem s chuvickou. Jinak vsem opravdu doporucuji.
