Reviewed By GrandTour31275431738We had initial problems with Bonvoy status but these were resolved by the manager Joe Madiba in a very professional way. The Hotel is a very nice hotel and breakfast is exceptional All of staff very friendly - would definitely stay again

Room was okay, but security to be trained
Reviewed By KeywordExcellenceIt is okay for a one night stay. Just the TV was not that great, all snowy. No wifi even though it's advertised, but that was no biggy. Just the fact that there was no gate to close off the property and our car was parked right there didn't give me a good rest. I peeked out of the window the entire night as I could not see the security and we had alot of values in our car. Next morning I went out to go check, all was fine, but as far as I'm concern security should not allow anyone to enter the premises. One guy came to me ask me for money when I said I don't have he got angry. Security must be retrained please

Situated in a quite suburb and surrounded by a beautiful garden in a tranquil atmosphere are our luxury rooms. We offer fully en-suite rooms, air conditioning, a fridge, microwave and DSTV. Each room is neat, clean, well decorated and each bed has an electric blanket. A workstation completes the set-up.

Sentlhaga Guest House is a three star establishment centrally situated in the historic town of Mahikeng. We offer comfortable and homely hospitality in our tastefully furnished rooms. We have six bedrooms rooms all en-suite and equipped with a flat screen TV, DStv, air conditioner , tea/coffee making facilities, bar fridge and microwave, comfortable beds with clean crispy bedding as well as towels. We are a stone throw from all three malls, Mafikeng Mall, The Crossing and Mega City. About 5 minutes drive from the University of North West, Ga-Rona Offices, Eskom offices, Magistrate and Regional Courts. NPA offices Departments of Labour, Public Works, Health, Curro Academy Mahikeng etc. We are practically everyone's neighbour. We are a in a safe and relaxed neighbourhood just for you the business person who wants peace and quiet. Perfect stop over when heading to Botswana, we are 15 minutes drive away from the border. Parking and Wi-Fi is free.

The staff is disilusioned: non-payment of UIF
Reviewed By LorrainemolebatsiThe restaurant staff is constantly in clusters talking about dissatisfaction over failure of the company to pay their UIF claims. An unhappy staff will not be productive. It concerns us as guests to hear terrible retrenchment strategies employed by Palm Management. I like the place, but maybe Peermont should intervene and do what is right to its employees by paying out money that government paid to Palms and address employees on the lay-off/retrenchment strategy. Better still they have to explain to the public why they withdrew employees' claims that they submitted to labour. You lay people off and then change their pay without any negotiation? It is funny that Management does not address staff but leaves it up the the incapable hands of the so-called 'Couch' who is a Union misrepresenter and not an employer rep. How do you pack-up employees into one staff transport as if they are sardines? In a Corona situation, seriously!? Should you compromise people's lives for profit? CAN PEERMONT PLEASE INTERVENE. WE WANT WANT OUR OLD PALMS BACK!!
