Lokasinya walau terletak ditengah kota namun tetap nyaman dan asri karena dikelilingi banyak pohon & tanaman. Akses ke pusat perbelanjaan / keramaian cukup mudah. Lahan parkir cukup luas dan ada gazebo untuk bersantai, staff cukup ramah dalam melayani tamu.

We stay at 10th floor, non smoking room, thats quite good room, clean, amenities, shower, towel, duvvee, TV channel which all those aspect meet the expectation. This hotel also apply CHSE especialy at break fast time, veriaty of breakfast menu and by serving to all of guest, good taste, warm waiters. I Would like to say thank you for the good hospitality and It is recommended to whom traveling to Madiun East Java, Aston Madiun as first choices. GBU

Reviewed By edlysThe hotel is big and nice. One complex with suncity mall madiun. Obviously a lot of food around the mall, kfc, jco, nasgor 69, etc. Lots of hangouts. Near the Suncity waterpark, info from the reception, the swimming pool at the hotel has not been completed, so you can get a 25% discount if you want to go to the waterpark. Spacious rooms. There are prayer mats and Al Quran. My family Booking superior and deluxe room. The deluxe room more expensive than superior room but like there is no difference ? Only difference is just a single sofa on the deluxe room. The bathroom is decent but the wc is a bit dirty a lot of stains. Hopefully more attention.

Low budget hotel beyond my expectation!

Found a good deal in traveloka and decided to choose this hotel over Aston chain where we usually stay. The location in city center only 10 minutes from toll exit, surrounded by many restaurants and top rated food seller, very convenient to buy meals or oleh-oleh. Check in is efficient and health protocol is superb. They put scan of peduli lindungi in the entrance, sealed towel, disposable paper glass and sealed sandals. Double bed is king size so three of us (two adults and one 8 y.o) can sleep comfortably. The room is super clean with complete toiletries, hot and cold shower, complimentary water bottles, aircon, cable TV and breakfast. We ask the staffs to pack our breakfast in the morning and they come (very fast) with decent quantity and tasty packs. We got nasi, kwetiaw, two pcs of chicken, omelette, veggies and additional two water bottles. Usually we only received nasi, one piece of chicken or egg and sides (tempe/tahu) in the same level of hotel. Another thing caught our heart is the service and hospitality from staffs. When we arrived, the security immediately came and help to park the car and bring our luggage. The receptionist and other staffs we met in the corridor and throughout the facility, all with smiles and greetings. I would say this level of service and hospitality are on the top notched and never I expect from the 2 stars hotel. This one night stay is very memorable and impressed, BIG thanks!!!

Terrible, this hotel needs to be demolished
Reviewed By Curiosity196158Booking included wifi but no wifi in our room. After a few days was moved to another room but had to pay 50% more. Still no wifi. After another day moved again and got kicked off wifi every few minutes. Buidings falling apart. Paint blistering off walls everywhere in rooms and barhrooms, Nice indonesian breakfasts all icecold. When asked why: " they didn't have fuel to keep the food trays warm" We could not leave the hotel because we had paid for 10 days. No one should stay at this horrible hotel

Cheap hotel with good service
Reviewed By br14n1m4g3sStay here for the invitation of one of the communities in Madiun. Parking is not too wide. Reception service is quite good. Room condition is quite comfortable with adjustable air conditioning. Unfortunately before 10 pm, the restaurant is closed. Hopefully this will be of concern to the management of #letsguide #batulocalguides
