Reviewed By gsouvrainWe went to Lombok with my wife and we stayed at Seven Havens Residence. The staff were very friendly. The Manager Mr Wawan was very helpful and kind too. The Heavenly Haven room was huge, clean and beautiful and we got an incredible view from it. The breakfast was so tasty and many choices. We really enjoyed our stay at Seven Havens Residence, on of the best place to stay in Lombok ? Can’t hardly wait to come back!

Every single member of staff we came across were so lovely, helpful and professional. We were looked after from the second we arrived to the second we left. Special thanks to Memet in the restaurant who looked after us and was always smiling. Whilst staying at the hotel we organised a boat trip on the hotel boat to go snorkelling, which was spectacular! Beautiful pool area, bar area to watch the sunsets and nice food. Would recommend!

Pondok Santi Estate is the ultimate getaway retreat featuring twelve beautiful bungalows set in lawned grounds on an ancient coconut plantation. There are several day beds around the pool, on our beach and on the grounds, which are the perfect place to chill out, sleep or read. During the day, get together around the large 25m central pool where snacks and cold drinks can be ordered, listen to music or just relax on the sun lounges. The resort offers a boutique restaurant, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner while the main beachfront strip starts just 400m away with dive shops, restaurants, and beach bars, so you're never short of somewhere to eat. Cooling white stone paths link the areas of the estate, and coconut palms provide welcome shade in the heat of the day. In fact, everything has been designed to make sure your stay is comfortable and hassle-free. The island, with its coral reefs, is a favorite destination for divers, and one of the best dive spots is right outside Pondok Santi. There are plenty of dive shops on the beachfront where you can hire equipment, and arrange a boat trip. You don't need a boat for snorkelling as there's plenty of colorful coral and marine life to discover from the beachfront, including turtles, clown fish and many more! If surfing is your thing Pondok Santi is the perfect place, with a surf break right off the beach. For a couple of hours either side of high tide, you can paddle out and enjoy the waves. The island also offers riding and kayaking, and there are numerous spas on the island, where you can enjoy facials, massage and other beauty treatments. Lombok is just 20 minutes way by boat - a great destination for a game of golf, exploring the markets or a hike up Mt Rinjani.

Cooking class is definitely a must & breakfast on the beach was just magnificent! I highly recommend the mee goreng, strawberry daquari & nasi goreng! The rooms are also beautiful, beds are comfy and the turn down service they provide in the afternoon is fantastic! Ive never stayed somewhere where they have a turn down service! The coconuts are also freshly picked from the trees and the seafood is also so fresh and delicious!

Little paradise in Mataram
Reviewed By cal pStayed 3 nights in transit to Sambelia. Staff were extra attentive to all my requests. No request was too much for them. Facilities were more than sufficient. Buffet breakfast was adequate. Did not use the pool facility which looked inviting with dining options around it. Would stay again here given the opportunity.

They have their own chill area with service at one of the best beaches to watch the sunset and offer bike rental which takes you to the city in just a couple of minutes. great if you want to party but not be in the middle of the noise once you are ready to relax. The team was very helpful with arranging transportation and tips on what to do on the island as well. Highly recommend

I have stayed in my fair share of luxury resorts and can vouch that the service here is over and above. Folks here really did all they could to make our celebrations memorable. Our garden facing pavilion room was sparkling clean and generous size. The lovely team at the hotel had decorated the room for my birthday. The resort has the most amazing infinity pool. The private beach is lovely. Snorkelling sessions and visits to Gili, which we booked at the hotel, were well managed. What makes this place truly special is the people running the show. Sunit and his team are doing a remarkable job. Special shoutout to Sunit for taking such good care of us. Chef Sumit for feeding us delicious food. Angga for the best flower baths ever. Lili and Ulfa at the spa, your hands are magic. Hengki for patiently answering our numerous questions and for all the help booking our excursions. Thank you so much, awesome people! If you are in Bali, don't miss a chance to visit Lombok and Gili and if here, I'd recommend a stay at The Oberoi without a doubt.

Reviewed By DCBrit40Stayed for a week in May with a group of friends and had a lovely time. We stayed In The rooms and they were big and well furnished, with a sea view. The place is right by the beach so you can sit and eat breakfast, etc looking out to sea. We had a couple of the most spectacular sunsets. Service was very friendly and efficient. There are two pools to choose from. Again very nice, clean, etc and looking out to sea. The beach itself is quite thin but you can walk down to the other hotels and a bar or two if you want a change. Our only wish for the Katamaran would be to make the drinks a bit cheaper. We found it odd that the drinks were sometimes more expensive than the food. But would definitely recommend this place.

Miss the hotel already and only left this morning,keep up the good work & hopefully see you when we return to Lombok (think we will)
