One night stop on our way to Danum Valley
Reviewed By 475sophieb· We stayed there for only a night, on our way to Danum Valley from Semporna. I wasn't expecting much, we are not fussy people. The hotel and the room were clean, the AC worked fine, the bathroom was in good shape. Breakfast was fine. Nothing too fancy, it did the job. I'd go back if I ever have to spend the night in Lahad Datu. Just bear in mind that there doesn't seem to have much to do around. You'll find places to eat, and there's a supermarket downstairs, but Lahad Datu is not a place were you'll want to linger, there's much to it. · Got a twin bed room, when I had requested a double bed.

Had trouble with the internet in the room, but good signal in the hallway. Mathew the manager, was very apologetic, and trying to resolve the issue. Meanwhile he had a small table brought up

Reviewed By ArefMerhiIt was my first time to Malaysia so I cannot rate this properly. Anyway. The room was not spectacularly clean. Reception was a little sharp with us. Breakfast was good. Good bed, good shower. Location is amazing. Everything is near by. Its cool!

Better than other hotel by its standard in Lahad Datu
Reviewed By Azri AStayed in this hotel in August 2020. Booked for standard room. Room - Don't expect a 5 star Hotel but it is the best by its standard actually in Lahad Datu. There is small fridge for you to keep your drinks cold. :) Good location as it is in the town center and near to shopping area. They provide free parking. Cleanliness - So so. Cons, 1. My bed sheet not that good. please refer photo attached.

Reviewed By topkapitanThis is Lahad Datu, so.... not much 5 star around. But, this hotel was excellent, good size room, pleasant staff and front office and housekeeping. Definitely good value and great location. There is a 7-11 very close by (in the lane at back of hotel) and many local restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lahad Datu is and easy walking town ! Don't miss the awesome fish market and the pasar malam for grilled seafood!

Need alot of improvement

As showed in agoda the original price for the room is RM140++ after discount only RM60++, but the condition of the room very bad. First they gave us a room without window and the room is smelly and we killed a cockroach. =.=" The worst is blackout when we try to on the TV. Then we decided to upgrade the room by paying additional RM33 for a "better" room with window. But... 1. Only 2 TV channels available 2. 4 sockets but only 2 can be use 3. No hot water for shower 4. No kettle to boil water 5. No toilet tissue, nothing only shower soap given 6. Bed sheet condition feel like dirty I just doubt that would the room be the same "good" condition without discount?? If yes, means no more stay in future.. If no, means discounted price serves with discounted services...
