Amazing hotel
Reviewed By Psyko OWhen I first entered the hotel, I was amazed by the beautiful building and was welcomed by a very helpful and friendly staff. In addition, the staff were always at place when you needed them. The hotel room had a beautiful view on the pool, was very clean and seemed luxurious. The morning breakfast and the buffet was very tasty and delivered a broad variety of meals. Lastly, the beach was directly besides the hotel where also a fire show and singers were on site. What a great entertainment! I would definitely recommend spending the time here at Koh Chang

Charming beautifully thought through small resort…
Reviewed By Jamescot65We have been here a week already. A charming, thoughtfully presented high end resort. The owners have created an immaculate property, pretty gardens, and to stay in the beautifully appointed rooms is a pleasure. My dogs have also loved staying, the owners are dog-centric. I’ve loved relaxing in the pool, sharing convivial meals and drinks with the other guests (all of whom seem happy to be here) and the owners. There’s also kayaking and boarding in the sea although the limited beach area with some sand is volcanic so you need rubber shoes to wade out for kayaking or in my case swimming. You can drive to nearby sandy beaches and bays if it’s a full scale beach that you want. This is a gorgeous place to relax. Rooms have full service kitchenettes and living areas, mine a super comfy bed and a lovely bathroom, my showers are a pleasure. Food at the resort is reasonably priced and good quality, I particularly like the eggs in a pan for breakfast and the schnitzel! The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. What’s not to like?? Highly recommended.

Super hotel recently completely renovated located 100 meters from Klong prao beach. The green surroundings and the attentive staff will make you spend a great stay. The swimming pool, the children's playground and the pool table will make you spend your free time alone or accompanied in the most relaxed way.
Dirty, but they response was the worst.
Reviewed By TMw900When we came to the room it was dirty, and not as advertised. We left a review at Booking.com, they said that the problems was our fault, that people like «us» was the problem. They dont want to be better. Every bad review they have, they just say that it is because of the costumer, and not something they will improve. This is a real bad moral in this business. We don’t think their service is good at all and they explained that they would give us what we wanted if we asked. If you ask us, that is not good service (to have toilet paper in the room is not service, it is required). And yes, we had to ask for toilet paper five times during a 9 night stay. Service is not the the costumer asking for toilet paper, asking for new towles, asking for everything, service is what you pay for. I would for the next time pay a little more and enjoy a stay at koh chang, an other place. They dont deserve more than 1-2 stars. Dont choose this hotel, it is a joke.

If you are lucky enough to stay, stay
Reviewed By John CThis was magical. The room is the biggest I have ever stayed in in my life. The beach is about 3 miles long with only three top resorts on it. 5he pool bar has great cocktails. The food that comes out of shambala kitchen top notch. You have a 20 m walk past the pool to the beach. The views of the sunset are wonderful. There is a washing machine and cooking facilities and a very quiet ac unit. Seriously, no complaints.

Excelent quality price in from of the beach
Reviewed By breidysbI arrived just for 5 days to the resort and now almost get two months, I love it! is a basic place but is clean and they provide the amenities what make it really good quality for the price that is 200bath daily. Also is in one of the best a quiet beach near to the best resort. The woman who is taking care of the place is really nice, kind and everyday keeps the resort clean and help me everytime I need something. The only thing I dont like is the customer dont park their bikes in the parking spot but in their bungalows because are really lazy, making a lot of noise in the morning or at night and also the people that visit the beach (not customers, locals normally), never clean and let the garbage on the beach. I can not blame the resort because is one of the few access to the beach, they make their best but the visitor dont care about anything.

Kleine Ferienwohnung mit Küche im freien
Reviewed By fitgreengirlHabe hier den Rest meiner Reise verbracht und mich super wohl gefühlt. Hätte ich schon vorher von dieser tollen Unterkunft gehört wäre ich sicher länger dort geblieben? Ich hatte ein kleines Bungalow , 1 Raum mit Fernseher , Klimaanlage , sehr hell und super bequemes Bett! Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr geräumig und es ist genug Platz um Bekleidung nach dem waschen oder Baden im Meer zu trocknen! Man kann in diesem Bungalow auch super zu zweit wohnen. Die Küche ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt auf der Anlage im Freien. Ich habe es total genossen hier am Abend zu kochen für mich. Zwischendurch hatte ich Besuch von den Nachbarn ??? Hier kann man sich auch einen Roller leihen um an den Strand zu fahren oder die Insel zu umrunden ? Die Herrin der Anlage ist auch sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem kann ich es hier sehr empfehlen?

Reviewed By AnuchaJSYour hotel so cool with the side beach together with water park ! Staff and life guard at pool so friendly and well offer happy hour drink for the guest. Staff during check in on 22 Feb polite and actively to check in for the guest. At the restaurant side beach during dinner, just feel like not enough staff to service for the guest. Morning BKF on 23 Feb, need more good reaction from the chef who take the egg order.
