Disaster, can’t be hotel... also to be classified a motel is to much
Reviewed By Horovitz_GabrielWell I was very disappoint... I did a reservation for two nights included breakfast. Staff: When we arrived the housekeeping lady and the front desk lady started arguing with each other in front of us...like that was our “Welcome” Room and cleaned: In two nights how long time we was there, our room didn’t was cleaning and the towels didn’t was changed. We received the room with very dirty walls, dirty towels, parking view, many mosquitoes even if the door and window was closed. (I recommend to the staff to rent the rooms including raid spray for mosquitoes) Breakfast: As I said our reservation was included breakfast. In this hotel the breakfast is served in restaurant a’la’carte (order from menu). You will receive from reception a voucher with 20 RON value per person and with this voucher need to pay the breakfast...sure just what you can pay with him and if you need something else you will need to pay extra. The prices for a food is expensive, so in my case I bay with a voucher just “Breakfast CENTRAL” ( 2 eggs+ sausages+ buttermilk+ toast) that was 20 RON so for a coffee and something cold I was need to pay extra. I receive the plate without buttermilk and total different then pictures menu... I attached some pictures from the room and breakfast and I really not recommend this hotel

Reviewed By Pepe LMotel en medio de Rumanía, pero uno de los pocos sitios donde descansar a muchos kilómetros a la redonda en nuestro viaje. El motel está junto a la gasolinera (de hecho el responsable de la gasolinera, también lo es del motel). Fue difícil la comunicación con el responsable, pues no hablaba más que rumano. Las habitaciones funcionales y amplias, tenian aire acondicionado.

Reviewed By alex_dddWhile rooms or bathrooms are not that large (the old Communist era building surely has its say here), this is a very good proof that an excellent management can turn an awkward property into a brilliant one. Staff are always there to serve and smile, communication is next to instant, there are always solutions to everything. Rooms are impeccably clean and, while this definitely is a 3* property used quite a lot by transit travellers, it could teach a lesson to several 4 and even 5* hotels elsewhere in the country. While the parking is quite generous, the fact that the hotel lies in a quite busy square with residential blocks around makes it hard to sometimes find a parking place. Other than that, pretty much everything in town, from the hospital and the bazaar (around the corner) to the main avenue (a 5 minute walk) lined up with restaurants, shops and offices, is in hand at a short walk. A recommended place to stay when in Slobozia.

The beds and the facilities are clean but simple and the AC keeps things cool in the summer. Warning for the guests: check and make sure that they aren’t throwing an event the nights you are staying. We were on the first floor and the music below rattled the walls ALL NIGHT.

Reviewed By Andreas PAlthough a Four Star Hotel, this hotel cannot even be certified as one star hotel. No Amenities, Filthy Disgusting Rooms and Public areas. Breakfast is not descend and due to the all areas being extremely dirty, you are afraid to even eat. The plates at breakfast had mosquitos sitting on them and the area where the food is located, is not covered with end results flies sitting on the food. My room had an extremely bad smell and the bed was not even made when I first went in the room. Pillows can be found only on the shelves of the dresser and the towels in bathroom were dirty....seemed to be sitting there for ages. Nothing in Fridge so you need to buy anything you want from a kiosk on supermarket in advance. Closing....This Hotel is Highly NOT Recommended.....AVOID IT!!!

Tutto sommato anche bene per quello che avevamo bisogno ma sicuramente questo posto non ci ha attirato ma la sensazione è stata di ripartire prima possibile. Ho notato che una parte del personale non ha esperienza forse sono assunti per brevi periodi.

A reservation does not guarantee that you will receive a room there
Reviewed By 239alexandruiI made a phone reservation on 14th of July for 21st of August. When I arrived there, they said that there is an event and moved our room reservation to another hotel. I made that reservation because I was invited to that event and I have newborn breastfeeded, but they didn't care. So I don't recommend them at all. It's the first time when something like this happen to me and of course it happened in Romania.
