A Frankfurt suburb of about 20,000 just northwest of the city, Eschborn offers great views of the Taunus Mountains that lie just beyond. Many large corporations have constructed high-rise branch offices at Eschborn, including Deutsche Bank and Ernst and Young. The town is easily reachable by S-Bahn from Frankfurt, with the Altstadt and most of its old pre-suburban sights, including the Rathaus (Town Hall) and other historic buildings, within steps from the Eschborn station along Hauptstrasse.

Reviewed By markus_imgWir verbrachten ein Wochenende in Leonardo Eschborn. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vollkommen angemessen und hatte für jeden etwas im Angebot. Leider schien das Personal noch nicht eingespielt zu sein. Uns wurde ein anderes Zimmer als gebucht zugewiesen und für das Parkhaus hat es vier Anläufe gebraucht, bis wir die richtige Ausfahrtskarte an der Rezeption erhielten. Das Parkhaus ist mit 18€ pro Tag übrigens viel zu überteuert. Tipp: Am Wochenende gibt es an der angrenzenden Straße ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze.

Convenient Location
Reviewed By Ashok SWe tried this budget hotel because of its convenient location. It was easy to get to from Frankfurt Airport with easy parking. The room was basic but clean and the the breakfast was absolutely acceptable. The service at the Lobby Bar was very friendly and prompt. We would use it again.

The Mercure Frankfurt Eschborn Helfmann Park is a 3 star superior hotel with 179 airconditioned rooms. Ideal location between Frankfurt (8 km) and the Taunus region, in the centre of the Business Park with good connections to the A5, A3 and A66 motorways. The hotel offers a restaurant with courtyard, a bar, meeting rooms on the 5th floor with a rooftop terrace and views of the skyline, and a parking garage. Lacking standards and simple courtesy
Reviewed By AllwynaI had booked this hotel for a night due to a meeting close by. The hotels location gave me the feeling as if it was in the center of a large farm as except a few commercial building there was only farming/landscaping around. Once you get off the train at Eschborn sued station it is a nice 10 min walk (900mts). There are no taxis available however you can call for Uber. Upon reaching the hotel I was told that it was the wrong hotel as they had 2 Mercure properties in the same vicinity within 100 mts. I suggest they should better highlight this during the booking stage. The receptionist was prompt in checking me in although I find it surprising when receptionist don’t have a smile, don’t have the courtesy to welcome you (a simple sentence "welcome to mercure...) and don’t even check on how was the trip to the hotel. I trust these are basic hospitality standards and just don’t seem to understand why cant a brand like Accor inculcate such a simple process. I was stunned with the receptionist's response when I enquired about the kind of food I could get at their restaurant. She simply said "You can go to the restaurant and check what they have" so basically FIND IT yourself. Another surprising response came from the server at the bar who was not sure what time was the last order as he was like 10:30 or may be 10. So I said maybe I shall be here by 9ish and he was like hopefully that should be good but not sure if the kitchen will still be open, making me feel that it like "till Stocks last". Anyways at the end I went into Frankfurt and found a lovely Bar Chinasky and had a great meal although would have preferred staying indoor and spending it at the hotel especially as they had some kind of chefs competition on their burger. In the last 1 month itself I have stayed at 3 different Mercure and I find it again surprising that basic housekeeping standards are different. There was only one hand & bath towel in the room while in the others I have had 2, Water glass in the bathroom (plastic/glass tumbler), Hair dryer (yes/No), Gym facility (Yes/no), breakfast standards. This is surely something I suggest needs to be looked at especially with the speed that it is growing having standards will certainly help travelers like us plan better. The breakfast certainly was impressive compared to my last one in Munich as it was not only a larger variety of options but also well organized. It was good to see a chef behind the counter keeping a check on the movement of food. I also must highlight the staff were well planned, organized and really had a positive attitude. Certainly a lot of work needs to go in ensuring standards are set and also having a positive, happy attitude. 4 star hotel you are really serious is something I am really wondering.

Reviewed By emmoodSuper clean rooms, great complimentary breakfast. Easy walk to a train station and a bus station. They even upgraded our room upon arrival. Everything seemed brand new and the rooms were super clean and had good air conditioning. Loved it!

Reviewed By AlterSchwede13very good conference offer we were very satisfied with our event at the mercure in the Heilmannpark, especially because it had to be held under corona conditions. The rooms are spacious, modern, well ventilated and air-conditioned. The break rooms also offer space for distance, just as everyone needs it. The culinary offerings, whether snacks during breaks, drinks or a lunch buffet, are of very satisfactory quality. The lunch buffet even exceeded my expectations of a conference hotel, which is rarely found at such a level.

The hotel is definitely budget but very clean and warm. Breakfast was basic but nice. This was a perfect hotel to base at while we attended the Frankfurt Motorshow.

Reviewed By Noel DThis is no longer a 4 star hotel. Recent cost cutting changes have eliminated evening meal service and room mini bar (now its self service microwaved meals from the lobby). I imagine the changes look good for the Mercure accountants, but did anyone ask the customers ?
