Pousada Mirante do Cerrado is located in an area of 15 hectares, at 800m altitude, located just 3km from the municipality of Delfinópolis-MG, in the Serra da Canastra (Serra Preta) complex. A quiet, simple, rustic but very cozy place. At the top of the mountain, with a spectacular panoramic view of the city, Furnas Lake and the Sierra. Ideal for those who like contact with nature, admire the fauna and flora of the Cerrado, wake up to the birds singing, breathe the fresh mountain air and take a waterfall bath. Easily located, we offer chalets with minibar, air conditioning, private bathroom, ceiling fan, double and single bed, balconies with hammock and exclusive decks. For common use we have TV, children's pool and 7m x 5m pool with waterfall and panoramic view and a playground for children. There are several attractions within the property, such as trekking, waterfalls, natural pools, mountain biking, among others.

nice cachoeiras and trails, good room, a bit isolated
Reviewed By gilles-couettewarm welcome from the owner, rooms OK, nothing special. The trails tand the waterfalls are excellent, a good way to get into the park. Meals can be a problem if you are not there during the week end, as the restaurant is not always open, you have to go back to Delfinopolis with few options there.

Excellent and very natural and clean surroundings
Reviewed By Petra vThis pousada is very nice. The children loved the swimming pool and the outings with the four wheel drive to the nearby waterfalls. The city of Delfinopolis is still very untouched, just lovely, safe and very Brazilian. The breakfast is very fresh, lots of fruits and other healthy kinds of foods. The owners try to make you feel at home and speak English very well. The rooms are well equipped and clean. We had a marvelous time. I recommend this place to everyone that wants to experience an authentic Brazilian small city surrounded by beautiful nature, waterfalls and good food.

Lugar aconchegante
Reviewed By DeboraP431O lugar é muito bonito e aconchegante, com excelente recepção dos proprietários. Seguem os detalhes: (1) localização: fica numa estradinha de terra que sai da rodovia que liga a balsa à cidade. Até o centro são uns 5 min de carro. Na região, existem duas queijarias excelentes. O glamping fica bem isolado. De manhã, apenas se ouvem os passarinhos. Só é possível contar com o Wi-Fi, pois não há sinal de celular (Claro), por estar localizado numa baixada. No terreno existe apenas a casa dos proprietários e, no fundo, os dois domos (quartos) numa área gramada e arborizada, com tendas contendo duas redes para cada domo. Lugar bem aconchegante com uma vista bonita. O carro fica estacionado atrás do domo. (2)recepção: o glamping pertence a um casal que possui um bebezinho. São muito simpáticos e atenciosos, desde o início das tratativas para a reserva. Passam muitas informações, mas respeitando a privacidade dos hóspedes, na medida certa. Usam máscaras e são bem atentos com regras da pandemia. (3) domo: é o quarto na forma de uma semi-esfera. A estrutura é de aço, fechada com uma lona opaca nas laterais e transparente na frente (com boas cortinas e blackout) A cama é queen e com bom colchão e 4 travesseiros. Tudo bem confortável. Há uma pequena cozinha de apoio, um sofá-cama, mesinhas de apoio nas laterais da cama com tomadas e abajur. Tem também condicionador de ar, uma arara com cabides e prateleiras e uma mesinha com três cadeiras. Tudo bem limpinho e cheiroso. O Wi-Fi é bom, mas às vezes ficava meio lento, mas nada grave. Não tem TV, o que foi bom pra descansar. (4) banheiro: fica atrás da cama. É bem grande, com bom chuveiro e até ducha higiênica. Disponibilizam toalhas boas, sabonete líquido para as mãos e papel higiênico, mas precisa levar xampu, condicionador e sabonete para o banho. (5) café da manhã: excepcional! Pães (francês e de queijo), carolinas, presunto, queijos, suco, frutas, bolo, vários tipos de geleias, manteiga, requeijão, leite, café. Tudo muito gostoso e farto. Em razão da pandemia, entregam no quarto, na hora combinada, o que foi ótimo. Em resumo: lugar legal, tranquilo e bem administrado. Valeu muito conhecer! Indico com certeza!
