Comfortable stay at the center of Chittagong City

It has a nice environment, a great coffee shop (Rio Coffee), very cordial staff, good security, good COVID-19 protocol maintenance, and a good front desk. We got rooms in suits where three rooms and common living space is available. Staff have a great attitude and are always proactive to assist or give support. It's really appreciable. The location of the hotel is at the center of the city and a semi-luxury area. However, all types of restaurants (luxurious to moderate) are available within walking distance. A large pharmacy is within two minutes of walk. The hotel is at the entrance of a residential area and it has given the advantage of a quieter environment within a busy part of the city. Breakfast is served on the rooftop. You can enjoy a good view of part of the city if there is no rain. The breakfast is good except with some variety except the juice items. I have felt that they need to change the juice products and can give fresh juices. It's good for a family stay. I will try to stay there again if I go to Chittagong city.

Swimming pool is not so large but I found that clean. There is a bar in this hotel, you can enjoy the drinks at evening beside the rooftop swimming pool.

I think it's less than a three star hotel but a decent one with limited facilities. Looks like a family friendly hotel but should be a better choice for business or solo visit. Complimentary buffet breakfast is average but tasty. Free wifi. Staff & front desk is okay. A little overpriced room rate but you should bargain or compare online for a better tariff. I would recommend it for a night or two.

Reviewed By Sahed_BrainChildI got a room in old fashion, not renovated. But I saw their renovated contemporary rooms. Those are good, liked them. The one I stayed in was just so so. Tariffs are reasonable, matches with the standard. Cinnamon restaurant serves very good food. Delicious. Cozy ambience. Bar was very poor. No foreign alcohol was available, only locals. In summary it was a good experience, except the Bar.

Reviewed By adit485With it's superb location this is a good place to be when visiting Chittagong. The rooms are nice and large and have everything that one could need in a hotel room. It's not overtly fancy but it meets all one's needs. Breakfast is decent.

Reviewed By aljabri2013I stayed there for three days, its below normal ,dose not worth the money i paid , the breakfast is one star ,room size is o k , but not clean ,the place is too noisy. stuff are very polite and cooperatives, the non smoking signs are every were but they smoke every were.the have a free wifi but it is not working properly. overall it is a two stars hotel.
