Reviewed By 79210We spend only one night and the experience was amazing. Great room, great terrace, great bath, great.... all. For dinner the chef cooked a very good cheese pie, daily catch on the day and surprising panacota with special mix fruit homemade preserve. The staff is just perfect and make the difference permanently. If I have the opportunity we come back definately. Love it....

We are a family of 8 and do kitesurfing. The site is ideal for twintip and also foiling in the morning if the wind has not picked up yet! The poussada supports kiteboarders with its kitecenter and support staff! The all-inclusive concept is perfect and stands out! Delicious and personalized food options with an extraordinary staff and service! We will return! Thank you Mario and you extraordinary team!

Desfrutamos de dois aeroportos de Jericoacoara e Parnaíba cerca de 150km de distancia. Nossa infraestrutura e lazer: Barraca de frente ao mar, com petiscos e deliciosos drinks. Restaurante com vista para mar. Café da manhã servido de frente a piscina. Piscina.

Reviewed By PhccarvalhoWe went in a low season during the week, so it was empty and we got the pool and the beach just for us. The shelter is good, a big bathroom and a balcony where you can set the hammocks. Breakfast was tasty and many different things in it. The best was the service, all staff were polite and fast to solve any request. I recommend it for families.

Reviewed By James TMy girlfriend and I just returned from two weeks kiting in Tatajuba. We loved it! Most importantly, of course, the sun shone and the wind blew every day. In January it was a little less windy than October or November, but in Tatajuba this seems to mean that it is 25 knots each day instead of 30 knots...so still perfect kiting conditions. The beach and the whole location is really beautiful, with a cool tropical jungle vibe. The rooms are spacious, with good air conditioning and hammocks outside to relax in. They are cleaned spotlessly each day by an awesome team of maids! The staff are super fun and friendly and made the trip really special. An extra special thanks has to be said to Osvaldo, one of the kite instructors, for his enthusiasm and great teaching, and to Hauke the chef for his consistently amazing food. Everyday started with a delicious buffet breakfast and finished with an extraordinary three course meal. No one goes hungry here!! Whilst we were at Tatajuba, also, there were loads of other fun guests there to chat to and have a caipirinha with. When we arrived at the resort, my girlfriend was already an intermediate kiter, and I had only had a couple of lessons. When we left we were both confident enough to start trying back rolls, which shows how quickly you can progress here. We would recommend kiting at Tatajuba to anyone. Admittedly it was a bit of a mission to get there from the UK but it was more than worth it!

Summary: We arrived during the middle of a pool party at the hotel and it was very clear that the staff was not able to make sufficient time for us and that the party guest had the priority. The welcome by the management was one of the poorest we have ever received. We did not receive any information about things like activities, things to do, cleaning, etc. Also absent: a simple sorry for so much noise and lack of tranquillity. Important to mention: during our stay everyone from the staff were very friendly, but our bad experience happened due to the management decisions. Long story: I made a reservation a month before my trip for 3 nights and 5 days before my arrival I received a message from the hotel saying that the hotel would be hosting a DJ sunset event (during pandemic time). My booking was without cancellation and all options around were fully booked leaving me with no option except accept the situation. When we got there after a long flight we were confronted with what a party with DJ could look like. Hotel employees were respecting the sanitary measures but not the party guests. Music was extremely loud. People queuing for drinks as corona doesn’t exist… When I confronted the management and explained that I wasn’t happy for the situation I was not even able to get an apology. In a situation like this in a hotel that you pay 130 euros per day (in Brazil) the minimum that I could expect was that she would offer a solution. We got there at 13:00 (one hour before check in and our room was not ready. I understand the check in time and policy about it but if you are organizing a DJ event in the reception of the hotel I believe the minimum that you could do is to give an extra attention to the unique customer arriving to stay in that day). I have not been offered a possibility to cancel the stay, an upgrade or compensation. The party stopped at 18:20 but until all party guests left was already around 19:00 o’clock… If you are into boutique hotels because of the privacy and tranquility: be aware that during the day, day trippers stop by and will be swimming and sharing the space with you! No coffee or tea in the room, we had a leak in the toilet and first night hot shower did not work.
