Ideale Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip
Reviewed By ohemahHervorragende Lage unmittelbar am Dom. Da dieser auf einer kleinen Insel liegt, ist es herrlich ruhig und dennoch ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum, am Marienbad oder am Bahnhof. Unser Zimmer war zwar recht klein und hatte auch keinen Kleiderschrank, bei zwei Übernachtungen hat dies aber (auch mit Hund) nicht gestört. Das Bett war wirklich Spitzenklasse, alles war sehr sauber. Wir wurden nett empfangen und haben im Restaurant Remise gut gegessen. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Danke!

Excellent B&B in the heart of Brandenburg
Reviewed By Uffe MNice B&B with 8 rooms in the Altstadt (old town) close to the Havel river. We had a very fine suite on the 2nd floor, clean, well kept, good beds and plenty of space. The breakfast was excellent with many choices, there were bicycles to rent, and the landlady was very helpful. We chose a place in the old town as it is more charming - here it meant there were not many cafés and bars just around the corner, but it took less than 10 minutes by foot to reach the central part of the city. A bit of noise from the street, but the windows were well isolated.

New cozy rooms. Quiet and romantic location by Castle Park and Castle directly on the Havel. Ideal for cyclists, boaters, families, couples and singles. The guest house was completely renovated in 2010. It is located in an adjoining building directly on the not yet renovated castle. The suites, rooms and studios are individually furnished, with a sleeping area, living area and bathrooms. The equipment is the modern standard with TV. Out in the Park on the waterfront and on the hiking and biking trail through the nature park Westhavelland and tour Brandenburg. Brandenburg an der Havel with a historic center and cathedral (11km), Potsdam (50km), Berlin (70km).
This place is a very old Castle but the site is nice and the little town is like from the old Germany.
Reviewed By TobbeAnderssonI found this stay very simple and just what you need to have for a overnight stay at Brandenburg. The little downside to the stay we had was that no dinner was served and it was quite hard to find a good restaurant nearby. We walked some distance and could not find any where to eat. One place near by the sea side but only to find that the restaurant was fully booked that night. So we ate at the local diner in the small village and they had an nice dish with wiener schnitzel and potatoes but all very poor. The breakfast the next day was indeed very poor to and it was not located at the big dinner on the castle. it was a smaller building close by which also held the reception.

Reviewed By Christof JDie Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet,liegt Zentral.Mann muss sich allerdings darauf einstellen,das die Wohnung an einer gut befahren Kreuzung liegt. Als Resümee muss ich sagen es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Helle moderne Zimmer, aber sehr (!) kleines Bad, etwas zu teuer, Frühstück ausbaufähig
Reviewed By kerstinwO842VLWir waren im Oktober für 2 Nächte Sa-Mo dort. Das Zimmer war im EG (würden wir so nicht mehr buchen, da es nur Verdunkelungsvorhänge gibt und wenn man diese aufzieht ist das Zimmer von außen voll einsehbar) war hell, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem, Decken und Kissen ok. Aber das Bad war zwar chic aber eindeutig zu klein. Wir können uns nicht erinnern jemals in einem Hotel mit einem so kleinen Bad gewesen zu sein. Man konnte sich wirklich kaum drehen. Zudem war es nicht richtig sauber und die Dichtung der Dusche war defekt, so dass der Boden nach dem Duschen unter Wasser stand. Beleuchtung und Belüftung waren gut. Ganz furchtbar war die Toilettenbürste..... Am Spiegel im Flur und an der Eingangstür waren mehrere fettige Handabdrücke. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, obwohl es am Anfang des Hotelflurs lag. Das Frühstück war am Sonntag vielfältig, am Montag schon nicht mehr. Schade. Zu loben war die Qualität des Tees - Teetrinker werden in Hotels ja sonst eher stiefmütterlich behandelt. Weniger schön war, dass es keine Untertassen gab. Wir legen die Teelöffel ungern auf den Tisch. Beim Kaffee handelte es sich um Filterkaffee in Thermoskannen - wer's mag...... Marmeladen, Butter etc. waren einzelverpackte Plastikpäckchen. Wir denken, dass man am Frühstück noch arbeiten könnte. Sehr gestört hat uns, dass im Frühstücksraum die Maskenpflicht nicht eingehalten wurde und das Personal auch nicht auf die Einhaltung geachtet hat. FAZIT: mittelmäßig und für die Leistung etwas zu teuer.
