Reviewed By jacksennaAmazing service. Great staff, especially with children. A highlight is Tio Caramelo. They’re very thoughtful and caring. Food is superb, rooms are good and drinking is a little bit pricey. Make sure to visit the water park they include, which is also a must visit.

But you will not find a hotel any where in the world that has a more dedicated, friendly staff then the staff at Fragata. Every request was met with a smile and an immediate response. The rooms were clean and bright, and the bedding was very comfortable. The location is absolute perfection. Yes, you can hear the party at night, but that is part of the experience. You are central to everything, including the beach, by walking. It is clear that the owner of this property takes great pride in providing a perfect retreat for a vacation. I intend to return to Arraial D'ajuda as soon as my time allows. I will definarely be staying Fragata. Thanks for helping making my trip a perfect dream.

Extremely attentive staff, specially Andressa in reservations (kindly and patiently accepting and answering our many questions about the hotel and its surroundings and excursions). Our group was comprised of 27 people from the US and Brazil and the hotel amazingly allowed us to use a room for our group to meet. Highly recommended!

We are committed to the well being of the guests, employees, environment, residents and visitors. *Please note that we have a living cat at the propriety.* Some rooms are accessible only through 2 flights of stairs. Due to that, this room may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or children.
Paradise within Paradise.
Reviewed By Aubrey TVanessa and her staff are amazing hosts to this amazing lush tropical paradise that made us feel like we disappeared into a world of our own. The facilities were excellent from the beautiful pool with swim up bar, the cabana and breakfast area, to the rooms equipped with cable TV, full shower, and clean linens throughout. We stayed in a room for four and had plenty of space, and peace and quiet. The hammock and chairs on the front porch of our unit created a beautiful place to hang out and listen to the birds chirping in the courtyard garden. For breakfast they offered a menu of choices that you select the night before which ensures they don’t waste food and that everything is fresh. This includes bacon and omelettes, breads, cheeses, fruits, and smoothies. Our kids loved the sweet breakfast items like the carrot cake and cinnamon rolls. Most important, this Pousada was located 5 min from the shopping and restaurant center which is closed to traffic at night. It’s not to be missed. You can also walk 10-15 min to the nearest beach or a bit longer to Pitinga, which was a much quieter and nicer beach with beautiful cliffs.

Reviewed By Vitor GWhat a great Hotel. I just loved everything. All the employees are friendly and helpful. The sandwiches are good, but the food in general is ok. Choose eat outside of the hotel. The hotel it's not near the downtown, but it's easy to taking a bus. I saw a lot of tourists using this way. Or you can ask in front desk to call a cab.

Single room available for 4 people with a bedroom with double bed and a room with two single beds, with air conditioning in the bedroom and living room with ceiling fan, TV with Sky, minibar, safe balcony with a hammock and chairs and a great view of the pool. The hotel has a garden with tropical trees and flowers where you can find birds of the region. We are at your disposal in an area of 1500 m² with swimming pool, free wi-fi bar and internet throughout the hotel. In our very complete breakfast beyond the normal options is possible to choose scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes and sweet and savory tapioca that are made to order! All our apartments include one double bed and a single bed.

Reviewed By JoaoDanielCFLast week I stayed there with my wife for 5 days. Generally speaking, the experience was very good. Below some bullets: 1. Room was cozy, very silent and comfortable - I only disliked that device you have to plug a sort of card to have electricity available (this is annoying in my opinion) 2. Breakfast was very nice, many options of cakes and breads, always two options of juice. Pancakes, tapiocas and omelets are done at the time you asks for, what results in fresh food (although the omelet or scrambled eggs are a small portion - could be better) 3. Staff attendance: all of them always very friendly, attentive and helpful. They gave us good suggestions of tours and places to eat. Also, were kind and efficient to solve the issue of missing water. 4. General infrastructure: overall, very good. Great pool, always clean, so as the inn entrance very confortable and clean.
