Reviewed By ArmagettonOne of the Best hotel I have stayed. We stay in a junior suite and the view was amazing...it is right on the beach. We also had access to the executive lounge which was also nice. There was a worker there name Linda. She was such a sweet person. she was making sure everything was good for us in the lounge. The spa, the pool, the breakfast was all amazing. the staff was very welcoming. we are going to stay they again for sure... the only thing i didn't like was the fact you had to put a down payment for room service, etc.. i don't know why they just don't charge it to the room like other hotels do.

Ok hotel, do not go for the spa
Reviewed By AnnaEskThe room was nice clean and spacious. The view from the room was excellent. Breakfast was good, especially with desserts as there was a great variety of desserts available. The staff at breakfast did not really speak English and there was no water available. The spa section had rude staff, the Turkish sauna was apparently broken and the Nordic sauna was less than 60 Degrees hot. The Spa was a real disappointment. The pool was ok though.

We ordered decoration for my husband birthday . And they didnt do it every time i call the receptionist asking for the cake and decoration the put me on hold and did nothing about it . Nether telling me they dont have . They just didnt replay or call nor apologising.

Also the building is made very cheaply with damp hallways and everything is somewhat sideways. Having said that, the view to the sea is nice and the apartments are spacious. If you need something affordable and don't mind the noise than it's not a bad place.

Reviewed By TimS6554The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach. Affordable stay, strong wifi, sea view, everything worked. However, there was only one socket in a convenient space, the others were next to the floor or in the kitchen. The check in is a bit hard to find and there are no signs to tell you that it is on the 16th floor, had to double check the address. Overall, good hotel especially for the price you’re paying.

Reviewed By Peter G1st room was 80ﾟ no air conditioning, some veneer coming off of furniture, no exhaust fan in the bathroom two lights didn't work. 2nd room upgrade bigger room no desk 5 of 7 lights don't work don't work air conditioner not working because they would not turn it on until the end of May. The room was 78ﾟ. The only way to cool it off was to open all the windows and listen to the roar of the traffic below on the cobblestone street. The hallway carpet was pulled up at the ends, torn,wrinkled and very dirty.
