Fantastic trail to see the amazing beauty of the Newfoundland coast and diversity of landscape. Did it with a 12 year old and it was totally fine. Great vistas - with whales traveling the coast. You can pop onto the trail at different spots so make sure you know where you are when you enter - if you don't go from the parking lot!

Gros Morne is a truly unique experience. We marveled at the geological historical green point with a park guide educating us about the millions of years of strata under our feet , a unesco world heritage hidden gem! Trout pond tour is exceptional too Tablelands are amazing and unique . We did not have time to take in all the hikes and tours we will be back

Gigantic spot for a picnic, a “budol fight” will be funtastic for an 8.1Kilometers "tukad-baba, baba-tukad." Worth the trail that will test your agility, endurance and mobility that equates to its easy, moderate and kind of difficult terrain for those who are not use to trudge long distances. Took me 2 hours and 15 minutes to reach this highlight through different grade of pathways, starting from unpaved road, muddy and stone trail, into the woods, longitudinal boardwalks to stair made of logs, etc. In total, 5 hours back and forth which includes taking a deep breath, a break and at least 3 “viewpoints.” Sweat and perspire a lot under a sultry sun, cooling off under the canopies of spruce. Tasting wild blueberries on the way was such a leisurely treat. Lucky to have the boat on the spot with bunches of people touring the rugged coastline and estuaries.

You'll be inspired by tales of these hard working Bell Islanders who risked their lives to supply the world markets with precious iron ore and were instrumental in contributing to the economic stability of the province of Newfoundland Labrador in the early 1900's. Our experience includes a walking tour that goes down into the #2 Mine to 650 feet on a 10 degree slope. Wear a jacket or warm sweater, it is 6 degrees. After your tour, sit and enjoy a cup of our own Miners' Blend Coffee with a treat in our newly renovated Mug Up Coffee Shop.

Had a fantastic time learning the history of the mine and of the business of mining, our guide Bonnie was amazing and brought the tour to life and as a bonus she has the voice of an angel singing a song for us about mining. The whole island was a highlite of our trip

Galliott Studios is a working artist studio, gallery and espresso coffee shop, situated in old fishing shed stilled over the waters of Bonne Bay. We have live music, local knowledge, wireless internet, and Light snack options including gluten free snacks and Newfoundland cheese and beer. Seasonal business open the first of June to the end of September (sometimes into October)

Wow. Wow. Wow. I cannot our into words how amazing this place is. You have to see it for yourself. Vernon is very friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to tell us stories about his cars and even let us sit in a couple. His collection goes far beyond cars as he has hundreds of collectibles from time gone by - Elvis, Marilyn, A&W, diners, old gas stations, Julie boxes and more. You have to see it to fully appreciate it. But you will not be disappointed.

Most beautiful beaches in Canada,hands down !!! Burgeo is also the best place to see. No franchise things like, 7 11,,McDonald's, Timmy Horton's. Just a good old fashion town of past history to see and feel.!!!

Winner of the Small Business Award for 2016 Washed Ashore Antiques is re-opening on May 11th for the 6th season. Open from 9:30am till 5:00pm. Monday - Saturday. Also open on Sunday's from Noon till 5:00pm. Please note the Store is CLOSED on Wednesday and July 1st this year. A great selection of antiques, vintage, retro and home decor. Many locally handmade crafts such as mittens, socks, quilts and souvenirs with Newfoundland flair. Selection of Timothy's & Jumping Bean coffee's along with delicious homemade cookies, coconut and banana loaves. Please note that there are 2 Trinity's in Newfoundland one in Trinity Bay (Not the right Trinity) and another Trinity in Indian Bay area,If travelling on the TCH you will need to turn off at the Gambo overpass and then drive through Gambo and Hare Bay and 15 mins passed Hare Bay you will discover Washed Antiques. This is a charming little village with very narrow streets. Drive slowly a be careful. Better yet, find a place to park if you can (very limited). and walk around. Be sure to take a tour of the Quidi Vidi Brewery and try their Iceberg beer.
