Southend-on-Sea (/ˈsaʊθɛnd ɒn ˈsiː/ ( listen)), commonly referred to as simply Southend, is a town and wider unitary authority area with borough status in southeastern Essex, England. It lies on the north side of the Thames Estuary, 40 miles (64 km) east of central London. It is bordered to the north by Rochford and to the west by Castle Point. It is home to the longest leisure pier in the world, Southend Pier. London Southend Airport is located 1.5 NM (2.8 km; 1.7 mi) north of the town centre.

Fantastic service and product. I highly recommend the JDC. Wanted a diamond brooch repurposed to a ring. Allan spent time helping me with design ideas, kept me informed of progress and the ring was ready at the time promised. The ring is beautiful - better than I had imagined. Wine shop and tasting room. Buy over 200 bottles to take away or sample wines in store from an always changing list of over 15 wines. Try our cheese platters and snacks too. We’ve known Sam and Charlie since they opened. The addition of Ollie (ex Pipe of Port) and Alison has also been a most welcome boost to an already superb team. The choice of wines on offer is fabulous. What makes it even more fun is the regular infusions of new and exciting additions to the stock, which means that regular visitors can continue to make exciting new discoveries for themselves. The tasting evenings are also a must right down to the food options which are always an excellent match. Being as the team’s knowledge base is extremely strong, it becomes a superb learning experience as well as great fun! Well done guys, keep up the great work.

A nice place to visit if you like garden ornaments, we have many on display, Modern and Traditional made from Metal Or Stone. We have a nice country pub nearby for food and drinks. As a small business we have very low overheads so you will find that we are much cheaper than most outlets for the same item. You are very welcome to pop in for a look around, we never pounce on you to buy anything. Our midweek hours change because we sometimes have to go and collect stock or deliver items so please ring or message to check that we are open if you are travelling a long way.
