We visited Kauai in 2018. They were very helpful in assisting a novice quilter. They have a wide selection of materials. Since returning home additional orders have been place for more material. The orders have always been handled efficiently and timely. Another order to be placed soon. We are extremely pleased.

I recently bought a ukulele at Scotty's and I can honestly say that it has been a long time since I have been completely and utterly satisfied in all aspects. Friendly, knowledgable, good prices, no pressure and they back their products 100%. I hate shopping yet I didn't want to leave. They were like family. I bought a beautiful pair of Ni'ihau Kahelelani Shell earrings at this shop. Kahelelani are the most rare variety of Ni'ihau shells. In addition to being rare, Kahelelani are so small that drilling a hole in the shell will destroy it. The tiny shells are set in resin and the resin pieces are fashioned into earrings.

Located in the Anchor Cove shopping center in Lihue, this shop has the lowest prices for all those gifts and souvenirs I need to take back home. I especially like all the made in Hawaii colorful fabric bags, purses, and kitchen linens. Each time I travel to Kauai I check the prices at souvenir stands and this store always has the lowest prices so this is where I like to stock up.

I had read about the pearl experience that awaits the customer who is entering Hilo Hattie's, and so was somewhat prepared. I must say the saleswoman was persistent, but she finally let me go when I told her I had come in for other gifts for people back home. I saw some beautiful articles of clothing for all ages, as well as candy, jewelry, soaps and lotions, and souvenirs like stickers, decals, bags, etc. The store is large, it nicely arranged and well-organized. I would love to return when I have more spending money!
